Perfect size for a couple or small family! Stocked very well with anything you might need, coffee, tea, spices and condiments, including fresh baked chocolate chip cookies upon arrival. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. Close to the historical area of St Augustine with lots to see and do. Great place to return to after a long day of sightseeing. We would definitely stay again when in this area and would highly recommend to friends and family.

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and everything you need is supplied. Quiet area. Nice to have your own private parking right on the property. Communication was spit on and easy check-in. I would definitely recommend!

Cozy cottage

We absolutely loved our stay. The cottage was adorable , clean and so comfortable . We lived in St. Augustine a few years back, living close by, so it was nice to come back and stay in a place that was familiar and dear to us . The hosts were amazing, thinking of everything . We will definitely be back .

Convenient location to explore St. Augustine

Very clean and cozy home in a convenient location just outside of crowds of St. Augustine. The cookies, snacks and water are a very nice touch. We also relied on the restaurant recommendations and other information provided by the owners. We would certainly stay here again when visiting St. Augustine.

We celebrated our 1 year anniversary while staying, and we couldn't have been more impressed with the complimentary champagne, homemade cookies, and beautifully maintained apartment! If you're visiting St. Augustine, it's a MUST-STAY!

Perfect Cottage

Perfect cottage! Close to everything. Everything you need inside, clean. Nice area outside to sit and enjoy the end of the day with a glass of wine. Melody and Ali were perfect hosts! Highly recommend.

Perfect Stay !!

The location is fantastic, there is a lot of things around and all of the main attractions including the beach are minutes away. I was suprised by how clean and cozy Alibees was upon arrival. We had snacks and cookies waiting which made our stay even more special. I would recommend and will definetly come back (hopefully soon)

Wonderful Cottage

This is a wonderful cottage that is located centrally to all the happenings in the area. The cottage is super clean and well equipped with everything you may need for your stay. Great parking area behind the building is a bonus. First timers to this part of Florida, and we'll be back!

Weekend getaway

Fantastic communication from the property owner. Just a short uber to historic St Augustine. House was cleaned and ready for us to check in earlier than expected, including cookies and snacks available for us upon arrival. I definitely recommend this property.

Charming and just enough space

This place is so cute! It was very clean. Could be a good place to stay with a spouse for a weekend getaway or even a family of 4. The hosts are thoughtful by having snacks and bottled water, along with the basic condiments stocked in the refrigerator. I’d definitely stay here again!

Cute and comfortable

While this property is outside of downtown it was great. We loved the funky neighborhood and that staying here brought as to a unique spot that we would have missed if we had stayed downtown. Lots of little touches that made us feel welcome including snacks and cookies 😊
