When you are done shredding, clean up in your awesome accommodations and then it's decision-making time...do you walk left out the door to Elevation Brewing for happy hour or do you go right for a glass of local wine at Vino Salida???
Want to head into Salida for lunch one day? Follow the bike path to town! Live like a local and ski and bike all on the same day! We cannot wait to host you!

All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, salt and pepper and coffee filters. Bring your own laundry detergent, paper napkins and toiletries.

Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 pm.

All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions.

Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATV's other than in the driveway as access only, unapproved over-occupancy or pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $1000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund minus a $125 Cancellation fee or a $75 Change fee if applicable. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.**

This was she second time staying here! Very cozy, clean. Love the location. Would have left 5 stars but the master bathroom shower water pressure was very poor. Tv in the living wouldn’t connect to the internet so was unable to watch tv in living room. Tv in room worked fine. Everything else was excellent!

This home is cozy, nicely decorated, and clean. The kitchen has most essential items with plenty of storage and counter space for making large meals. There is a very private patio which is comfortable for enjoying Mountain View’s and beautiful sunsets. We would gladly stay at this residence the next time we visit Colorado.

Absolutely beautiful home. We stayed there with my brother in law sister in law and 2 nephews. The area is close to dining, shopping and mountains! Everything was so well taken care of and fit all of us easily!

Great Location at "CrossRoads of the Rockies"

For a brief stay (3 nights), this is an excellent property and location. There is easy access to Salida, Buena Vista, Monarch ski area, or over one pass to Gunnison, or over another to the Saquache valley. The property is comfortable, clean, and provided everything we needed. As good as it gets.

This was one of the cleanest places I have stayed at. The house was beautifully decorated, felt homey and comfortable. They had everything we could have needed! The fireplace was such a cool touch! Will be back to stay here, when we come back to visit family!

Great vacation home for family

Our family rented this place, and we will definitely be back next year. Great location to monarch ski. My family of 4, and in laws really enjoyed this place. Very clean, comfy place. Easy, and great communication with property managers that were available if needed. Only complaint is the showers have low water pressure.

Our stay was overall nice and clean. We enjoyed the kitchen that had everything we needed for cooking. The place could use a larger kitchen table to dine and play games at. There is only room for 4 people to sit at this table. I asked to have 2 more chairs so we could eat together but this request was at first declined and then ignored upon further request. We also had trouble entering the place one evening , having something to do with the automatic lock. Someone did respond to us and came out to troubleshoot the problem very quickly. The place has enough room for 6 people but 8 would have been pushing it. Would stay here again if they added another table for games to be played on along with table level seating.

Beautiful property

Property was beautiful. We had plenty of room for our family. The upstairs bunk room is perfect for kids. The kitchen had all items that we needed to cook breakfast in the morning. We did have a hot water tank issue, but communication and maintenance was quick!
