Enjoy a peaceful retreat in this historic farm house, outfitted with antique furniture and situated on 50 acres of beautiful mountain woods, ready for you to explore. In the backyard of this 200 year old home is a two-story waterfall, visible from 2 bedrooms and the gentle sound of flowing water is audible throughout the property. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch looking out over the vast field, or snuggle up in the living room at the original stone fireplace. living room and a newly renovated full bathroom with a walk-in shower (no bathtub). The large kitchen is the perfect place for cooking together, and has everything you need to make meals with friends. The living room, original to the home, hosts a huge working stone fireplace and original wide plank floors as the perfect gathering place. Play board games and listen to records in front of a blazing fire. 

Each of the two medium sized downstairs bedrooms includes a newly constructed ensuite half bathrooms. The front room has 1 Queen bed and the backroom has 2 Queens. Upstairs is the larger "Waterfall Room", a more private bedroom with a queen bed and a spectacular view of the property's waterfall. 

This property has high speed internet which makes for a perfect work-from-home retreat. Seat yourself in the dining room and check out the waterfall while Zooming for a one-of-a-kind work environment.
