The kitchen is open to a dining area with table & chairs then a living area with sofa, Smart TV & Wi-Fi connection.- The living room and the bedroom are separated by an industrial-style glass partition to benefit from nice brightness throughout the apartment. The bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe, a standard double bed 140x190. It also has an adjoining bathroom with toilet, vanity unit, towel rail & Italian shower.You will be in the heart of authentic Niçoise life, just steps away from its gourmet shops, small craft shops, the Cours Saleya local producers\' market or the legendary Promenade des Anglais just a few steps away.This strategic location will allow you to easily discover the capital of the Côte d\'Azur on foot, or even by public transport.
