Far from the hustle and bustle of the city, you find yourself in one of the oldest houses in Montescot.
I tried to introduce modern comfort while preserving its soul and the charm of the family homes of yesteryear.
Its geographical location is ideal for enjoying hikes, Christmas markets (at Barcarès, 30 km or Perpignan, 12 km) or ski resorts (Font Romeu, etc.) which are only 100 km away. , which allows a round trip during the day in winter and seaside resorts (5 minutes from Lake Villeneuve de la Raho, 20 minutes from Argelès-sur-Mer, 15 minutes from the beaches of Saint Cyprien and 30 minutes from Collioure) in summer without having to endure the crowds of the summer season.
