About this property

Renovated Catalan house

Hello and welcome to Montescot!

Far from the hustle and bustle of the city, you are in one of the oldest houses in Montescot, which was originally part of a group of farm outbuildings converted into homes in the mid-20th century.

This house belonged to my maternal grandparents, then to my mother, and had undergone very few changes until 2022.

Its location is ideal for enjoying the seaside resorts (5 minutes from the Villeneuve-de-la-Raho lake, 15 minutes from Perpignan, 20 minutes from the Spanish border, 20 minutes from Argelès-sur-Mer, 15 minutes from the beaches of Saint-Cyprien and 30 minutes from Collioure) without having to endure the summer crowds.

I have tried to introduce modern comfort while preserving its soul and the charm of old family homes.
