This is 5 stars and it starts with the owners who are so incredibly kind and supportive! They put up a Christmas tree and decorated so lovely. This place is perfect. A quiet cul de Sal where neighbors walk around. The parking can easily hold 6 cars. We felt right at home. Our Christmas celebration was perfect. Extra clean and comfortable with comfortable furniture and bed. Very appreciative. Close to everything. Would stay here again.

My family was in town for a weekend trip to Raleigh. The house was just as described, very clean and with all the essentials. We are Natives of Durham, The Bull City. My husband and I both grew up in Durham and meet at a very young age. This house is special to us because it was our first home. We love the trees in the backyard in the summer time and how cozy the house is at night when you sit outside on a warm spring/summer night. It makes you feel away from the city.

Why they chose this property

The spacious inside and out with a wooded backyard, the natural wildlife you may see and the quietness of hearing nature singing. Want to getaway from the city but still be relatively close? This is it!

What makes this property unique

The house is very close to some well known colleges. Durham, NC is the home of Duke University Champions and North Carolina Central University Champions. But the best known rivalry in America - UNC Chapel Hill is close by and of course our neighboring friends, NC State Champions! Also just 12miles from the house is Duke University Hospital and Duke Regional Hospital. Very close to great shops and restaurants in the Briercreek area.
The house is on dead end road, peaceful neighbors, large front and backyard, ceilings fans in each room even on the front porch. Gas Fire pit and wood burning fire pit.
