~~IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW~~
~We take the rules very seriously! Prior to booking, please make sure you are comfortable with our policies prior to booking with us. County ordinance; Occupancy limit at all times and Quiet Hours of 10pm to 7am will be strictly enforced (absolutely no outdoor activities after 10pm) Guest must mindful of their noise levels at all times. In order to ensure a continued great experience for our guests and our neighbors, kindly note that any violation of these rules as well as complaints from neighbors and the County may result in a citation, forfeiture of security deposit and could lead to immediate eviction.
~Pool/jacuzzi heating will incur an additional charge. Pool heating cost can range from $200 to $300 per day of heating (two day minimum) depending on outdoor temperature and desired water temperature. No pool heating from November thru February as temperatures are to cold for a domestic heater to attempt to heat that much water. Jacuzzi heating is available year round for an additional fee of $20 to heat water to 102 degrees and $10 per hour to maintain temperature. We calculate cost by the amount of propane used to heat pool/spa.
~ We are not responsible for mail or packages that are shipped to the property. We do not have access to the mail box and can not retrieve mail for guest as mail boxes are not on premise.

~ We will require a lease agreement signed at check-in as well as a copy of ID
PERMIT # 000044 Guest & Occupancy Policy To ensure a comfortable and well-managed stay, only registered guests are permitted on the property. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present valid ID at check-in. Overnight occupancy is limited to 16 guests. We’re happy to allow up to 4 daytime visitors between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM with prior notice. This home is designed for relaxed getaways. Loud celebrations, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. These guidelines are enforced in accordance with local regulations (Riverside County Ordinance 927.2). Any violations may result in the termination of your stay, forfeiture of your security deposit, and/or additional fees.
Noise & Quiet Hours We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of our neighbors and adhere to local noise regulations. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with outdoor noise kept to a minimum at all times. For compliance and community respect, the property is equipped with noise monitoring devices that measure decibel levels only (no audio is recorded). This is in accordance with Riverside County Ordinance No. 847 for all vacation rental properties in the area. Excessive noise or violations of local ordinances may result in a $1,500 fee and possible early termination of your stay.
Pool & Spa Heating Pool and spa heating are available for an additional fee and charged based on propane usage. Pool heating requires a deposit to initiate heating. The cost will vary depending on the weather and your desired temperature. Typically guests spend around $250 to get the water to the low-mid 80’s. To maintain that temperature, it usually costs between $125-175 per day. For spa heating, you will have full control, using a remote to turn on & off the spa. It typically costs around $20 to get the water temperature to 100 degrees, and $7-10/HR to maintain that temperature. Deposit is not required.
Pets We welcome small, hypoallergenic pets under 20 lbs. with prior approval. A $75 fee per pet applies. We kindly ask that pets are well cared for during your stay, and any additional cleaning or damages may incur extra charges.
Parking Parking is limited to a maximum of 8 vehicles, all of which must be parked on-site. Street parking and oversized vehicles are not permitted.
No Smoking Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Any evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee, along with any additional costs required to restore the property. Smoking outside is permitted in designated areas.
Check-Out List We have a basic Check-Out list that is posted inside the home. Please follow instructions to ensure a smooth check-out. Failure to follow house rules—including unauthorized guests, parties, noise violations, or smoking—may result in fines, loss of deposit, or immediate removal without refund.

The property and views were amazing. We had 13 family and friends staying at the house with us for our daughter’s wedding weekend. There was plenty of comfortable sleeping space for all of us and the on-suite bathrooms were a really great perk. Because of our busy schedule, we didn’t have time to use the amenities but it sure looked like we could’ve had fun relaxing and playing for several days. The kitchen was well stocked and organized, there was plenty of seating for meals and it was a plus that everything was labeled, including the light switches. We had great communication with our host and appreciated that he met us and showed us how to operate everything.
John, our host, was very helpful & accommodating. The house was the perfect size for our gathering! The group thoroughly enjoyed the spa! Great location - easy access to wineries, golf courses, and Old Town.

great home for 5 couples traveling together. location is nice for exploring both the city of temecula and the wine region. lovely outdoor area with firepit, lounge area and dining along side the pool. would highly recommend for a large group. the lodging contact was professional and very helpful.
We stayed here with family - 3 generations. Plenty of space for everyone. Beautiful house. Great location for watching hot air balloons in the morning. Close to many wineries.
We visited Temecula to hit the wine country and this was the perfect location - within minutes to two of our favorite wineries. The house is loaded with supplies and things to do. Would not hesitate to stay there again.
Dan and John have an amazing property to stay at. 14 of us felt like movie stars living up on the hill.
The views are extraordinary and the area is peaceful. Just minutes away from the vineyards.

Check in and out was simple and easy. John our host was very attentive and helpful. The home is a great fit for large family gatherings with space for all. The pool house/ game room was a big hit with our teens and preteens. Clean, comfortable and well appointed, with the exception of minimal kitchen necessities like plastic wrap and foil etc. but that was minor. Overall this is a very comfortable and enjoyable property.
This was a great place for our group of 14. Beautiful views from everywhere, game room, jacuzzi, firepit, large kitchen and everyone had their own room and bathroom. The property manager was very accommodating to our group during check in and answered all of our questions. There is something for everyone in this place. Make sure to be there for the sunset views!
We had a fabulous time at this property. Everything was just as described! Gorgeous views, so quiet, and so much to do. The pool was great. We all enjoyed the slide. The game room is the pool house was used a lot as well. The seating both outside and inside were plenty for our group of 12 adults. It was so relaxing that we barely left the property. We'd definitely return! Dan was very helpful both before and during our stay.
Our 6 person leadership team used this property for our annual 2-day session. It was fantastic. Everything was clean, and with a property of this size there's bound to be small issues. There were but they were small and insignificant. It was a great property in and around. The views and neighborhood was as exceptional as the property was.
Great property for our family reunion. We had a great time with our family and never left the property. The pool, slide and game room were a hit for everyone. We had a range of ages from 5- adult and everyone had something to do. John was a great host. The kitchen had everything you need to cook at home. The pizza oven was also a hit. The only time we left, was to pick up more groceries. We do a yearly trip and are already talking about booking this place again.
This house is amazing! It has all the amenities a large group could want. John is a wonderful host, very responsive.
We had 11 adults for a week vacation. The large kitchen and pantry made meals easy to cook & clean. The outdoor wood pizza oven was a special treat enjoyed by all. The pool/spa overlooks incredible views, including air balloons every sunny morning.
The house, rooms & bathrooms are all very clean with plenty of towels and linens. And the house is centrally located to many, many wonderful activities. We highly recommend this house and location!
We stayed at this property for 5 days with 16 adults (4 families with adult children). We are in our 50's and 60's with children in their 20's. The house is beautiful and sits on a hill with an amazing view. We say wild turkeys and quails running around. The management company, Dan and John, were very responsive and went above and beyond multiple times to ensure we had all we needed. Be aware that the Wine Country area has a new, strict noise ordinance that requires no loud music at all during the day (not just at night). We did have a neighbor state they could hear our music by the pool on a Saturday afternoon so the property managers called to ask us to turn the music way down. This is nothing the property managers can control but is something to note. Other than that, the stay was wonderful!
