About this property

This beautiful 3000 square foot, 4 Bedroom home sleeps 8+ and is located on the west side of Long Lake, Traverse City. Well maintained and ideally located close to boat launch.

Dining area and living rooms have beautiful views of Long Lake. Charter cable, Roku televisions, and high speed Wi-Fi are included. Kitchen newly remodeled with granite countertops.

First floor has 1 Queen bed and full bathroom across the hallway. Laundry area with washer and dryer across the hall.

Second floor has one (1) Queen bed in Lakeview bedroom and includes a deck with lovely views of Long Lake. Full bathroom just down the hall. Second bedroom has one (1) Double and another option of a one (1) Twin bed. A separate large sitting area with its own bathroom has TV and video games with three (3) couches that turn into twin sleeper beds. Large back bedroom has one (1) King bed and two (2) sets of twin bunk beds (4 total twin beds).

The boat dock is available during the summer months as you are conveniently close to the public boat launch. Roku TV’s with Charter cable in all bedrooms, basketball hoop, deck with two tables, and lovely fire pit area. Gas grill available. Central air conditioning. Linens are provided. Non-Smoking. Garage is not available for use. No pets allowed.

5 Minutes to Long Lake Grocery, 8 minutes from Fieldstone Market Deli, and Moomers Ice Cream. Only 20 minutes away from major shopping on M37. 10 minutes to Interlochen, and 30 minutes to Crystal Mountain.

Prime summer weeks are 7 nights Sunday - Sunday rental. Shorter 3 night minimum stays are available off peak.

Great time at the lake

Stayed with friends and kids—had a wonderful time. Great house—Plenty of space, lots of tvs, nice deck and outdoor eating, and sand toys and boogie boards so we didn’t have to bring our own. Communication quick and easy with owner. Would definitely return!

Great stay! Great location!

We loved this rental! It was clean and well taken care of. The distance to downtown Traverse City and Glen Arbor were ideal! We loved the yard, basketball hoop, shed with outdoor equipment and the view. The furniture was comfortable and clean. The linens provided were very nice. Communication with our host was wonderful. We all can’t wait to return!

Awesome Lake House!

A beautiful home ideal for a family including small kids. Lots of extras including fire pit, kayaks, a extra fridge, and a comfy family room upstairs off the bunk bedroom upstairs. Listen to the loons in the evening next to a crystal clear lake and sandy beach. Watching the boaters at the boat ramp (very quiet, privacy wall) provided an extra dose of entertainment. House situated at the end of a quiet, dead end street for anyone used to Traverse City traffic. For large families bring cleaning supplies and extra paper products. Definitely an annual event. Thank you Smith family.
