Location

So close to town which we just love. The kitchen is top notch, enjoyed cooking together. Luckily the weather held out for our 7 month old granddaughter to enjoy the pool. Overall, a great trip.

Just a nice stay not amazing

This property was nice but for the price it was just nice. A few things I would recommend to the property manager: 1) please send check in details or assurance of them before 24 hours, it was stressful to not have a response on the vrbo messages sent via email for nearly two days, and finally had to call and then was told, “sorry I manage over 40 properties”, this is not the level of service expected for the price paid 2) the property was nice! I wish that we had more pool chairs for a house that sleeps 8, there are four chairs. We had five guests total and four lounge chairs. There are no other options and there are large ants all over the pool so a towel on the ground doesn’t work. 3) some type of beach parking permit, or tips on how to get to the beach or any helpful information would have been nice. There was nothing except lockbox code and checkout instructions. 4) there is an a/c issue and we were told one unit cools all three floors. The basement (where one bed and bathroom are located) was at least 10-15 degrees colder, the main level was comfortable, and the master upstairs was hot, not cold. 5) there were several little things that just made the house seem not worth the price tag, a door knob just fell off both sides of a bedroom one night when closing it and was not fixed for another evening, had to sleep with the door open for two nights in that room; a ceiling fire alarm just fell from the ceiling (and wouldn’t shut off), we were told to just pull it out and take out batteries, a sunlight upstairs wouldn’t close with the remote and for two days, woken up by 6:30 am by the bright light, someone came and finally manually closed it; and when we arrived on the first day, we were told there was a leak in the sink and the next day a plumber came and removed the disposal, so we were told to use the small sink, it was all just little and some more major that made the stay just okay and I wouldn’t rave about this place with so many others to choose. I’d choose closer to the beach next time or less than 3 miles. Thank you

Wonderful Stay!

My wife and I had an amazing week here with our 18 month old son. The house was well appointed and communication was great throughout our stay. My son loved the basement and pool!
