Lovely modern house, special location

This house is just lovely. We stayed with our whole family and had a great time. The house is chic, the kitchen is so well stocked, the bedrooms are comfy and the location is excellent. If you like the bay beach, it’s a 3 minute walk to a gorgeous spot. Evan is very responsive and helpful. We had zero issues with the house. It’s all well hooked up too with smart TVs and fast internet. A wonderful spot, we hope to return!!

East Hampton house

Interior of the house was clean and comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen, recently renovated and nicely appointed. Pool and surrounding area could use a refresh, ie. Replace or fix pool capping, weed and level patio, and remove bolts that appear to be remnants of some awning fixture, very painful to step on. I would also say that the house is probably a 5 minute walk down the street to the beach but pictures on VRBO give the impression that there is a path from the backyard to the beach, which is not the case. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the host was very responsive to any questions or issues.

The house was immaculate, the pool was a delight and the location incredibly convenient! Evan was such a thoughtful and responsive host! Couldn’t have asked for a better spot for a family vacation!
