The 1,700+ sq. ft. house features hardwood flooring and spacious rooms with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. With 4 bedrooms, the house comfortably sleeps eight guests. The rooms are very thoughtfully decorated with an eye for minimalist style.

The house also comes with a heated pool, hot tub, perfect for a quick dip. The fire pit is perfect for gathering around on clear, starry nights.

The open-plan layout allows the conversation to flow. In the eat-in kitchen, find stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, a table that seats 6, an island with stool seating for 2, and a pass-through to one of the living spaces. With 2 living rooms with oversized couches and wall-mounted smart TVs, no one will be fighting over what to watch; one also has a fireplace to warm up cool nights. The backyard bluestone patio has an outdoor dining space and sitting area with umbrellas. There is also enough parking for 4 cars in the driveway.

Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities
Please note that all outdoor amenities, including the pool, patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.

Due to the climate of the Northeastern U.S., outdoor pools and attached hot tubs will typically only be available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool/hot tub, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking.

If you are looking for multiple homes that are close by for additional family and/or friends please inquire! We have many other beach homes within close proximity.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Please call or reach out to us about the Pet Policy. Approval of pets may include additional fees and a security deposit.
- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
- For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
- Properties with a heated pool incur a daily pool heat fee of $45.
- The property is subject to a $95 hot tub fee per cleaning service.
- For stays longer than 29 days, a refundable deposit is required. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.

Cancellation Policy
- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
- Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Guest Insurance
Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons.
