Lake front home

Deep water, year round, lake front home with fantastic deck overlooking mountains, lake, boat dock, large-flat yard. Enjoy the kayaks, lily pad, fire pit or indoor fireplace and gas grill. Home includes master-suite (king), guest room (queen), bunk room (2 bunk beds) and two full bathrooms. The bonus room also includes a futon (full) and twin bed. Kayaks and Lily pad are available. Parking available for 3-4 cars, no smoking, and no pets. Brasstown Bald, GA Mountain Fair Grounds, hiking trails, vineyards, and plenty of boat rental companies, restaurants, breweries, and shops are in the area! Kayaks (2 adult,1 child) and lily pad are available as well, just reach out!

Our family - ages 8 to 70 - thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at this charming Lake Chatuge house. Host Meredith responded quickly to the couple of questions we had. We especially enjoyed the lovely deck / porch overlooking the lake and the beautiful view. The gentle slope down to the dock was appreciated by this grandmother :). Had fun swimming, paddling, and fishing. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood with easy parking and in a perfect spot on the lake. Highly recommended. We loved it.
