Its location is a real asset: situated just 1 km from Anse à l'Ane beach, you can swim in turquoise waters and enjoy magnificent sunsets there. Between the Caribbean Sea and turquoise lagoons, you enjoy a unique setting in the heart of the Antilles.

Just a few minutes' drive away, you can easily reach the shops and restaurants of Anse Mitan and Trois-Îlets to alternate between absolute calm and entertainment.



Ideal for a stay with friends or family and spread over 2 levels, the house can accommodate up to 5 travellers.



Upon arrival, you will discover the lounge area with its sofa, armchairs and television, ideal for moments of relaxation with family. The kitchen, open to the lounge, is fully equipped (ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine cooler) and provides you with everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, a toaster, a kettle as well as a filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine are also at your disposal.



On the night side, the villa has 2 bedrooms (one bedroom on the ground floor and another on the upper floor):

Bedroom 1: equipped with a queen size bed (160/200) with its private bathroom

Bedroom 2: equipped with a double bed and a separate single bed at mezzanine level with its bathroom (shower and WC)



All rooms are air-conditioned. For your comfort, a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities are at your disposal.

You will benefit from a shaded terrace that welcomes the dining area. The equally shaded carbet welcomes a lounge area as well as the barbecue, ideal for admiring the view over Fort de France bay whilst enjoying the evening ti punch.
