Thank Lisa I appreciate your comments. We have many guests who come to stay at our house and every one of them have enjoyed their stay and Costa Rica. Very secure, clean and well maintained considering the rainforest, insects and humid weather in CR. The house furnitures are done with authenticity of Costa Rica culture. I am glad you are not coming to buy the house. You are just visiting for 4-5 days. Just enjoy life.the house should be worth 250.00/night and you got a very cheap price. Hope you are not coming to CR to watch TV.

As an owner let me assure the future renters that cleanliness is the number one priority for me. so many families have stayed in this home and there has never been an issue with cleanliness. I checked with my management and they assured me that the house was clean and this group was very hard to work with. They want 5 star hotel like service every day without hiring a maid service. Even though it was the weekend the office staff waited for this group to come until late but never came until very late. But the security is available 24 hrs to show the house and operated the TV for them. He did not know the password to the Wi-Fi but it was given to them the next day. The next day the office manager offered free cleaning again but they were adamant they did not want it. Let me assure the new clients that we make sure the clients are communicated early prior to arrival and also know the time when they arrive so everything is well taken care of. Communication is important. We have no idea what this client is mentioning in terms of privacy. All rooms have doors and all windows have curtains. If future clients have questions feel free to contact the owner. We pride in the cleanliness and beauty of our home. We want clients who wants to enjoy and relax in a private beautiful location.

This is a seasoned traveler who likes to find some issue in the house and get a discount. I have never advertised my property for any hydrotherapy or hot tub treatment for back pain while renting this properly . Its evident from actual travelers reviews. Since i did not budge to her request for discounted stay she gave me a bad review. Future clients should pass this review. She also complained of refrigerator not freezing well enough .But as a responsible owner I sent a tech on a weekend from 40 miles away to fix any issue . If not given discount expect bad reviews. There are no termites in the house. We fumigate for every 3 months. On the good side of things this traveler enjoyed the beautiful deck and sat around and enjoyed the lake views with the beautiful breeze and the sounds of birds flying around, enjoyed cable TV in the comfortable living area with great furnitures, enjoyed the 24 hrs hot showers and cooked on the beautiful Italian full kitchen.

Our home is maintained to the highest of standards and the vast majority of our guests have a wonderful experience. I would like to address some of your stated “concerns” 1. Our rental manager had shared directions with you including GPS coordinates necessary to get to the house and you had responded to these emails, confirming receipt. I apologize for any difficulty you may have experienced effectively utilizing your navigation system. 2. Likewise, the number to enter the gates were emailed / communicated to you. I am glad that a fellow community member was able to assist you with a keypad. 3. As a more secluded, tropical destination, most guests are understanding of fluctuations in the connectivity of electronics. We promptly fixed the AC issue the following day after it broke! I encourage you to return to our home if you would like a TV viewing experience in Costa Rica when we put up a Brand New HDTV. 4. Apologies for the missing panel of wood. Given the humid climate and prevalence of wood in our home, sometimes pieces get warped have to b be replaced. As soon as the materials arrived the next day, this was fixed (Within the duration of your stay!). Lastly, even after you did not show up on the agreed upon check-in date, and then suggested a refund, we worked to provide you with a wonderful stay. We provide our guests with a private, authentic experience in Costa Rica. You were 4 adults and were not even paying for the Casita which was complimentary for you!
