We had a wonderful stay! The place was cozy and very well decorated. You can tell a lot of care went into making it feel welcoming. Connie was an excellent host. We would definitely come back and recommend staying here.

The place was doubled booked and we were not able to stay there even though we had booked this place over a year ago and the people were a last minute booking. Not how to start off my daughter’s wedding weekend. They ended up putting us up in an hotel outside of town. A lot of extra stress and headaches.

Connie is super pleasant and helped navigate us in the dark. BUT We were double booked but also very graciously set up in another place after she realized her mistake. It was NOT as described and the photos made it seem amazing. It’s a very cute cabin and old with zero doors working properly on first or second try. No safety or security was felt or had since the door is made of wood/glass and knobs are practically decorative. Dead bolt worked and we used a blanket to shield the noise of being 10 feet off a busy road. There is colllapse happening in wood rot which is moldy both ceiling and floor in a closed room off the center towards the back porch. That’s where the mold smell originates and permeated every single thing we were carrying and wearing. High points are that it was available and close and the water was hot and plentiful. We did NOT rest there at all.

Great Comfy Cottage

This place was perfect. Was in town to deal with a family member's death and estate. This place is very cute, clean and all the comforts of home. Far better than staying in a hotel!
