This 3 bedroom rental is BY THE WEEK. GREAT location! Check-in on saturday's and check out on saturday during the summer .Bring your own bed sheets and towels Please! During these worrisome times we follow the guidelines for cleaning and sanitizing so you may have a worry free stay.. Our rentals are kept immaculate . We take pride in the cleanliness and sanitizing . Outdoor shower off patio is convenient.
Great view of Cape Cod Bay and the hook. Look across the bay to P.town, MINUTES walk to Cold Storage Beach, No. Truro Center, Post office, Truro winery , local coffee shop, Captains Choice Restaurant ,catch the bus to P.town at the No. Truro Square if you don't want to drive. Short drive for groceries, Perfect location .Highland golf links is a short drive. Rental has All the comforts of home.
.. Lovely renovated antique home has wood floors, large rooms with lovely yard. Gas grill ,outside furniture, brick patio, outdoor shower, ample parking. A/C for your comfort, No pets, No smoking. We live on property so anything you need just ask.

Bring your favorite reading material and enjoy the quiet and peacefulness ,along with
golfing, biking, swimming, : we are close to it all. Come and enjoy

Wonderful visit

A great location near Cold Storage Beach. The house was well appointed, spacious and with a queen bedroom on both the first and second floor. It was perfect for a family getaway.

Large spacious house in a quiet neighbourhood. Within a short walk from the tiny Cold Storage beach. A short drive to Provincetown, Truro, and Wellfleet attractions. More than enough space for 2 couples to live comfortably.

Beautiful, clean house by beach

This is a true New England home-very beautiful, old and immaculate! It has grill, outdoor shower, and slept all 6 of us comfortably! Judy, the hostess is lovely and accommodating. We’ve been going to Truro every summer for past 17 years and this is the best place we’ve rented!

The home was private, quiet and clean. It was a short walk to the beach and a great neighborhood for biking. Judy was very helpful and always responded to my questions immediately. I would recommend staying here.

The house has the sweetest accents, with great mattresses, and appliances'. Walk to Cold Storage Beach, with great sunsets, and bay-warmth water. The property owner, Judy, was thoughtful, and kind. We had a blast

Great place, great location, great hostess!

Lovely space, lots of room, all the comforts of home. Quiet neighborhood, but minutes from the beach, minutes from Salty Market (exceptional food!), a few minutes more to Provincetown, plus great hiking and biking trails. Our hostess Judy is a treat! She’s a lovely person, and she checked on us about daily to make sure we wanted for nothing!

Great spacious home

This home is spacious and has all the amenities of home. We enjoyed the patio as well as all the sitting areas. It is a close walk to a small public beach where we got to watch the sunset. The mini split AC units throughout the house worked wonderfully.

Our third time there including our wedding week. Judy's house is a beautiful oasis of calm and comfort with all the amenities and a perfect location. It has everything and Judy is a lovely person. That about sums it up!

Fantastic house in a great location- walk to a lovely bay beach, easy drive to back and forth from Wellfleet to P Town. The house was wonderful- plenty of shared space, we were not cramped, even with a 2 and 4 year old. This house as multiple mini split AC's which was a HUGE plus as our week was exceptionally hot and humid; this made our stay extremely comfortable. Our hostess, Judy was wonderful- very responsive to our requestions. Great place to stay!

A Wonderful Stay

My wife and I stayed here for our wedding weekend. We had stayed once before so we knew what to expect but we were reminded what a great house it is. Judy, the owner, was, as usual, exceedingly helpful, communicative and friendly. The house is immaculate and comfortable with so many lovely touches. It has everything you could want for a getaway. Plus, the location is sublime, up on a hill with a view of the ocean and so quiet you can hear the birds chirping. We'll definitely be back. One of our favoriet rentals!

Cold Storage Beach House

The house was perfect for my husband and me and for my son's family (two adults and two children). We stayed in the bedroom downstairs and they stayed in the two bedrooms upstairs. Judy was very helpful and even brought over some toys for my grandson to play with. Great location - short walk on road to bay beach and shops in North Truro.

Lovely house, great location!

Property is spacious, clean, and very thoughtfully done. (There are nightlights all over, what a brilliant idea!). The kitchen is very well equipped, a pleasure to cook in. The location is Really Good! 2-3 minutes walk from the beach (a very lovely beach), and less than 10 minutes walk to Rte 6A, where there’s Salty Market (truly great eats) and Chequesett Chocolate (world class chocolate). Easy biking or driving to Provincetown, several beaches, and lots of trails (for biking or walking). Lastly, Judy is wonderful, very helpful. We only saw her (or her family) a couple of times, she left us to our privacy.

WONDERFUL STAY!

This is a beautiful home in the perfect location in Truro by Cold Storage Beach. It was only a 5 minute walk from the house, and a great beach for the children to swim and play. There are gorgeous views of the ocean and Provincetown from the house. The house came fully equipped with all the appliances and kitchenware that you need to prepare meals, and an outdoor grill as well. It is a very spacious home with a comfortable ocean breeze. We are a family of 6 and felt this was a perfect size home for us. And Judy is an amazing hostess!!! She is so kind and caring! She was available to help us with any questions or concerns throughout our entire stay. We had a wonderful vacation at this property in Truro, and would stay here again. Thank you, Karen

Wonderful and multi-purpose

We have been vacationing in this neighborhood for decades and this was one of our best experiences. Judith was very helpful and although the unit is attached to her house, we did not feel like we were in a shared space, because of the layout. The interior of the house was very user friendly and it was great that there was an extra sink/microwave set up off the living room. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved the dining room, set off from other spaces with a couch that had a bit of a view. The split AC allowed us to have different temperatures in different spaces depending on our preferences. It was really nice that there were some games and puzzles and beach toys for the baby. The only issue with the indoors was that the twin room had no separate access to a bathroom without going all the way downstairs. We used the outdoor space a lot and there are different places to sit, eat, watch the sunset, read under a tree, etc. The outdoor shower was much appreciated. There are bits of the bay and even the Provincetown tower visible from some of the windows and from the front lawn which is huge and rolling and great for frisbee or other games. It's a short walk to the Cold Storage beach and the Salty Market is also walkable, as is the bus stop for the shuttle to P-town. Overall an excellent experience and we look forward to staying again!

North Truro Bay View Drive

Judy is a wonderful host. The property is on a hill with glimpses of the bay and Ptown. It is a great size for a family with young adults with a living room for gathering and playing games or watching tv. The back yard is pretty private and good for grilling. My adult kids live the outdoor shower. The bay beach is walkable, as is a market with breakfast sandwiches. Overall a great place!

Convenient location, spacious house, nice owners,

Location: 5 min walk to Cold Storage beach, 10 min drive to Head of the Meadow. Very private and quiet road. Can see the bay from some windows. House: attached to the owners house, has a backyard that needs some grass improvement. Very nice front yard. Two nice bedrooms on the 2nd floor, one on the 1st. Interior has an old farm theme. Good quiet ductless cooling in each room. Old noisy dishwasher. Lots of handwritten notes aroubd the house about what not to do - a bit annoying . Owners: Very nice people, live on the property but not intrusive, tried to help a lot.

Fabulous Bayside pond Village Home

The property is even more than we expected Views/sunsets of bay and PTown from master bedroom Huge property connected to owner’s home but would not know it! The neighborhood is so quiet and yet minutes to market/restaurant and PTown. Short walk to Cold Storage Beach was perfect, 2-5 minutes. Very open spacious floor plan/large colonial 3 story house, outdoor patio with hot water shower. Plenty of easy parking. Outfitted with Everything you should possibly need. The separate air conditioning units for each room was ideal for temperature control and sleeping! Judy the owner was very helpful

My husband is a native and grew up in this neighborhood. When i came along I fell in love with the area as much as he. so here we are. We have worked to upgrade this property since we bought it in 2004. It is quite special

What makes this property unique

This rental is close enough to many things that you can walk to. You are not stuck out in the woods where you have to drive to get a quart of milk. We are in walking distance to the bus stop, if you want to take the shuttle into P.town, short walk to our beach , restaurant in walking distance as grocery store for odds and ends.You can also look out at the bay and across to P.town GREAT LOCATION It is a quiet neighborhood. You will fall in love with it too! summer rents from saturday to saturday
