Stunning vacation home with three queen bed rooms, including master suite on separate floor with views of the ocean. Full baths are in each room for ultimate privacy, and ground floor has a half bath, full kitchen and sitting room with sectional. Cable television and wireless. Laundry in unit. Newly renovated. Parking for one car is in front of the townhouse. Outdoor patio with gas grill, seating and umbrella. Our street is steps from Commercial street (located between Spindlers and Strangers and Saints restaurants). This home is clean, comfortable, well maintained and used by us as a second home. Six people maximum please. Absolutely NO smoking and no pets.

Easy as hell

From my first deposit to locking the door one last time, the experience was flawless and simple. I enjoyed the space immensely--as did the five other guests--and it's in an ideal location in Provincetown. The property is well-maintained and has unbeatable access to the beach, restaurants, and the whole town. The owner was communicative, responsive, and very clear with any potential snags we might have. Definitely considering coming back.

Solid group base in East End

We stayed for a week as six friends and had a good experience. Overall, quiet home base with a good layout for a group / sets of couples, if you like the East End. Pros: exactly as described (if anything, better than the pictures), en-suite bathroom for each room with small but adequate communal spaces, good AC in each space, quiet while relatively central location. Cons: there are all the basics and everything as described -- and nothing extra (e.g., there were basic kitchen supplies, bedding & towels, hand soap).

What an incredible place to stay

Great place to stay for a week. 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms make this a terrific place for up to 3 couples. Each bedroom has an en suite full bathroom. Just off commercial towards the East End on a very quiet street. Property is up-to-date with all newer appliances (stainless steel) and fixtures. The property is very clean and well maintained. Included one parking spot to leave your car and walk 5 minutes to the center of town, 10 minutes to the Boat Slip. Laura was easy to communicate with and fast to answer our questions. If this unit is available during a week you plan to be in Ptown, you should snag it.

Lovely Place to Stay

Beautiful house in a great location. The house looks even nicer than the photos show. Everything was lovely and it was so easy to work with the owner. The only issue we had was the neighbor called to complain about the sound of the air conditioner running. Imagine that, an air conditioner running in July/August. So the owner asked us to only run the aircon when we were physically in the house. It made for returning to a hot house on some days and the aircon actually had to work harder to cool the house down again. The neighbor may want to consider moving some other place, less crowded than PTown.

Beautiful house in fantastic location

This was our fifth year in Provincetown and was by far our best accommodations. The house has been updated, and is spacious and comfortable. En suite bathrooms in all three bedrooms were a huge win. The location was also fantastic - right around the corner from our usual morning coffee spot and some of our favorite restaurants. We will definitely look to book again!

Wonderful week!

Our family had a wonderful week renting this condo in the East end of Ptown. Plenty of room for 6 adults ( 3 bedrooms with a full bath and AC in every room,) master bedroom has beautiful views of the ocean/harbor. Easy walk to everything Provincetown - shops, restaurants, galleries and a public beach just across Commercial St. The condo was very clean, new appliances in the kitchen, and well decorated with beautiful art throughout. Laurie was very responsive, a good communicator and easy to work with. The word for the week that kept coming up was “delightful!!”

Wonderful rental

This wonderful rental is located within quick walking distance of downtown, but also far out enough when you want peace and quiet. It was very clean with all new appliances. Laurie is a wonderful hostess who promptly answers questions. The place is very comfortable with all the amenities you could ask for. I am hoping we can stay again in the future and I highly recommend this rental. It is wonderful.

Great home and great location

We spent a week in this beautiful home and had a fantastic time. Everything about it worked wonderfully. The home was new and updated and very comfortable. It was great to have en-suite baths in each room and a updated kitchen. Additionally, the location was great and the owner was responsive and accomodating. Practically across the street from the beach! Close to Commercial, but in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable, the furnishings were tasteful and functional. I’ve rented for years in Ptown, and this was by far my favorite place. In addition, the owner was helpful before and during our stay. We had a great time!

Fresh and Clean rental just steps from Commercial Street

Rented for Carnival Week 2018 and had a blast. Well-appointed fresh and clean townhouse on the East end put us steps from Commercial St which was convenient for shopping and viewing of the Carnival parade. Loved that all bedrooms had en suite baths and a bonus half bath on the 1st floor near living room and kitchen. Outdoor patio is compact when compared to the neighbors on the back side of the unit and the one assigned parking space was a challenge, mostly because I drive a pretty large pickup (however, we got it in there!). Renter's Responsibilities were clearly listed on the email welcome letter, however would have appreciated a nice laminated copy placed in the house (perhaps on the coffee table or kitchen counter) for quick reference. A couple small mechanical issues during the stay (washer leaked, side door closure arm appeared bent on arrival) however owner was promptly responsive to text and email and worked to resolve issues and ensure we had an enjoyable stay (Thanks, Laurie!) REMINDER: This property (as is the case with many VRBO/HomeAway properties) is a frequently-used vacation home for the owners. Being respectful of their space and 'house rules' will help ensure well-maintained properties such as this one remain available to enjoy by renters for seasons to come.
