Perched in the heart of Pigeon Forge, this newly designed condo has all the comforts of home and more in a modern vacation-friendly space! Cool off in the shared outdoor pool, relax on the large private balcony with the gentle sounds of the river below, or curl up in front of the gas fireplace for a cozy night in. At the end of it all, rinsing off in the multi-spray shower may just restore your energy enough to take on Dollywood a second time! Or you can simply kick back as a home-cooked meal is prepped in the fully equipped kitchen. This condo sits one street off of the main parkway in Pigeon Forge and is within walking distance to all the attractions including Dolly Parton’s Stampede and TopJump Trampoline & Extreme Arena. Dollywood is just over three miles away! The Great Smoky Mountains National Park's hiking and fun outdoor activities are just under nine miles from the condo. Ober Gatlinburg's ski slopes are just ten-and-a-half miles away.

Just like the pictures

The condo was just like the pictures. It is an end unit. We would definitely stay here again. Walkable to LeConte Center. There are lots of geese and ducks on this property and they are noisy!

Spring break with grandkids!

We had such an amazing time in your Condo. Beautiful furniture, big corner deck, over looking the river. I would most definitely rent this condo again. Great Location with Previous Problems

Great location, nice furniture, safe environment for you to stay in Pigeon Forge. Downside master matress uncomfortable, mold/mildew in shower, and bugs in kitchen (all mentioned before previoys reviews). Fix these small things and you qould not have any difficulty renting this condo.
