I'm confident that you will enjoy staying here as the property is in a quiet, safe and friendly community, surrounded by various hiking trails, beaches, shopping malls, Disneyland, bars/clubs. I have a good work from home set up, comfortable bed, washer/dryer, Netflix, stocked kitchen... pretty much everything you need.
