This property was excellent in both location and accommodation! It’s just a short walk to The Galleria and several restaurants and entertainment venues! The pool was lovely, and Rachele, the property manager, was a delight! I will definitely stay again!
Great location. Cool older complex. Great pool area. Tons of stuff to do right in the area, shopping restaurants ect. Owner kept in great communication and made it a great experience.

Everything was incredibly, my only recomendation is to put double window as one of the bedrooms is quite noisy.
The reste is very nice...thank you
Close to everything, lots of shopping and restaurants near by. Parking and entry into apartment was very easy. The bed were comfortable, if you are a light sleeper the morning noise may bother you. I would suggest bringing ear plugs. We really enjoyed our stay.
Situated in a mid-century apartment complex this property was immaculate with total renovation and comfortable furnishings.
Easy walk to the Galleria, close to Whole Foods and other stores.
A very central location near the center loop. An abundance of restaurants are close at hand.
Secure parking was a plus, even though this is a very nice area.
We enjoyed our stay. The space was very clean and comfortable. It is an older building, but nicely updated. Make sure to read the guidelines provided when you arrive! Also, if anyone smokes, you'll need to leave the property. Door is supposed to lock automatically, but didn't. Property manager was very helpful with this! Cute place! We would stay again!

This is a very old property. The apartment has been cosmetically upgraded, but the infrastructure is poor. We intentionally booked a place with two bathrooms but had only one working bathroom for one night (shower failure) and one working toilet for all three nights. The property manager was very responsive but the toilet issue could not be fixed during our stay.The apartment is lacking in cleanliness. Thee bathrooms were very poorly cleaned — bandaid stuck to a shower wall and hair all over.The kitchen was very poorly stocked — four utensils, four plates, etc. you’d have to wash dishes with every meal and if you had more than four (say a family) you wouldn’t have enough plate ware.The property floods. It poured with rain and all the walkways into/out of the complex were four inches deep in water. The property requires a lot of prior identification to be submitted and many different lock codes. The main property gate, however, was unlocked the entire time.I am a very frequent VRBO user and have never submitted a poor review. This property is deserving of one and I believe I am entitled to a refund of at least on night since we didn’t not have bathroom facilities.
Awesome property, Very well maintained with numerous amenities. Excellent owner participation and instruction. Property advertised price is half of what we ended up paying to stay with additional fees. VRBO needs to be more upfront with total cost. If we had known we would have just went with Hotel accomidations.
