Villa Imagine is the premier luxury villa rental in the Chalk Sound/Taylor Bay area. The villa recently received a $1 million renovation, new furnishings, and a state of the art saltwater infinity edge pool and oversized hot tub. The pool has six large chaise lounges built into the water, a swim up bar, extensive shallow area that is perfect for young children, and a lounge swing suspended from the pergola. The property has unobstructed views of the turquoise waters of Sapodilla Bay, Taylor Beach and Chalk Sound.

The property has direct access to the ocean with a private dock. The area is well known for its crystal-clear water and snorkelling. Directly across the street is Taylor Bay Beach (1-min walk), famous for its sugar white sand and extensive shallow flats. Taylor Bay is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful beaches on island, a great escape from the busy Grace Bay beach where all of the hotels are located.

This gorgeous home has four master bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and king beds, comfortably sleeping 8. Every room boasts absolutely remarkable views and either a terrace or door that opens onto a veranda. The rate also includes an on-island personal concierge who will check you in and out, and can assist you with grocery shopping ahead of your arrival, arranging personal chefs, excursions and anything else to make your trip extra special!

Secluded Paradise

We had the most amazing stay at the luxurious and private Villa Lucas. It is a gorgeous property on an amazing area of the island and even better than described in its listing. The private swimming dock and the sandy, secluded beach just steps away are absolute paradise. The villa itself lacks for nothing and has very high end appointments throughout. The owner and his on-island concierge went above and beyond in ensuring that our stay was perfect. We cannot wait to book at Villa Lucas again very soon.

Overall a nice experience. House it’s great. Just missing some chairs in the pool if you want to be in the shade. There is not much shade in the pool. Also needs blinds in two rooms. We like to sleep in the dark. Everything else was perfect.

Beautiful Villa with a Wonderful Pool and Hot Tub

We had a fabulous time at this beautiful villa which can very comfortably hold 4 couples. The outdoor space is spectacular with a large infinity pool & hot tub which faces the ocean. The house is just a 2 minute walk to Taylor beach which is gorgeous, very calm, shallow and not too crowded. Perfect for small children. Our only disappointment was there was no outdoor seating area for eating outside. We also wished for more umbrellas around the in pool lounge chairs for more shady spaces. But neither bothered us enough to not give this villa a 10 out of 10.

Unbelievable property

The property is just as wonderful as the pictures suggest. We had two families of 4 (8 total), and the house was perfectly sized. The pool area is incredible. We made good use of that, the dock, and the ready access to Taylor bay beach, which I think could be reclassified as a shallow bathtub. It’s gorgeous. The island is easy enough to get around that there’s few places that are truly remote, but this property is far enough away from the center that you can have the local beaches to yourself many times. Fair warning: this rental will set the bar so if it’s your first time to T&C don’t expect to want anything less if you come back.

My Crew Trip

Vacation with our adult kids and had a blast, we loved the property and safety of an electric gate with security patrol 24/7. The house was perfect, backyard pool BBQ area was great. Access to the ocean with a deck to sun bathed and swim, snorkel or kayak was great.

Fantastic Stay!

Spent a full week at Villa Imagine with my family (ranging from age 5 to 65). The house was perfect in every way! Adele, our house concierge, was fantastic and helped make sure we had a seamless experience from booking through departure. The pool was great for relaxing. Taylor Bay Beach was directly across the street and extremely calm and serene. We never saw more than ten other people at the beach. Much more enjoyable than the more well known (and populated) Grace Bay beach. House was spotless, very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood is a little ways (15-25 minutes) from the action of Grace Bay and its many resorts, but that is exactly what we wanted. If you're looking for a relaxing vacation with few crowds and lazy days, you cannot go wrong with Villa Imagine. Will definitely return!

Needs focus and to be proactive.

First off, it’s a great location. We had chosen this property mainly for the proximity to the water and the pool area. We have been traveling the Caribbean for 35 years quite often multiple times per year.For the past 16 years we have rented some beautiful Villas. We completely understand the Islands and our expectations are as such. We require little services and appreciate our privacy. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Nancy at the airport while getting our rental car. We thought she worked for the Villa but it turns out she was our driver there to bring us to the Villa. She was confused as I explained and then showed her my communication's with the management company explaining we would be picking up our vehicle at the airport, shopping and then heading to the Villa. She explained she had no idea and had been waiting. Which really was too bad as our flight was late and I had been communicating with the management company about that. That should have been a sign. We arrived at the Villa and were shown around the inside. After the rep.left we were putting groceries away and the crisper drawer came apart as we opened it. Not a big deal but obviously broken. The sink door also wouldn’t close. Not a big deal but obviously not working right. Now here’s where the big deal comes in. As I mentioned, the Villa sells itself largely on the pool area. So after we unpacked we went out back to swim and use the hot tub. We were shocked! The pool was full of lea

Amazing location and house!

This house was perfect for our extended family of 7 adults. Everyone had their own space and we loved spending time outside by the pool and on the dock below. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a perfect villa in Turks! Also unbelievable sunsets a short walk away at an amazing family friendly beach!

The house is amazing! It was extremely well maintained & equipped with all anyone needs. The only forwarning would be it is isolated from many restaurants. Grace bay is about 20-30 minutes away. The close restaurants are very good.

Beautiful Home Right on the Turquois Water

Our 6 person family spent the last 6 days of 2024 at Villa Imagine. The home is beautiful, comfortable, secure and has all the amenities you need. It sits right on the turquois water with a gorgeous infinity pool and a peaceful beach right across the street. We loved it!

Great Floor Plan

This home is in Chalk Sound and has a great floor plan and set up for our group of 8. The house is in relatively good shape but is showing some wear/tear in the kitchen. The location is good but it is across the island from many of the best restaurants. We had a few miscues related to the outdoor speakers (never got them working properly) and the air conditioning (it was quickly resolved during our stay). I would recommend this home, it was a good stay.

Absolute Perfection

Villa Imagine was an incredible home. Breathtaking views of the ocean on one side and a very short walk to beautiful Taylor Bay Beach on the other. The home was so well equipped that we were often inclined to stay “home” vs venturing out! It is located only 15-20 minutes from most tourist spots. Super quiet and safe neighborhood. The complimentary concierge service was top notch!

Didn't want to leave!

We had the most incredible time at Villa Imagine. From the moment we got there, we were amazed by this house. The views were even better in person. The pool is so awesome with the swing, chairs, and swim up bar. Having the ocean right there behind the pool just a flight of stairs down was incredible. The water was magnificent. The house had 4 spacious bedrooms and the kitchen had everything we needed. The living area was very large and the sectional couch could seat all 8 of us comfortably. The dining area overlooked the pool and you could see the ocean too. Ciara was awesome and attended to our every need. I cannot say enough positive things about this house. No negatives! The place also had various snorkel equipment for our use. We walked (3 minute walk) to Taylor Bay. Sapodilla Beach is about a 5 minute drive and of course Grace Bay- a must see- is about 20 minutes away. I highly recommend this house and hope that I can stay here again one day!

Family Vaca / June 2024

My family scheduled this getaway to celebrate our kids graduations (1 from college, 1 from high school). The home was AMAZING! What made this even more special was all the white glove service that Ciara (concierge) has provided to our family ... both BEFORE and DURING our vacation. She was amazing. She helped coordinate dinners, excursions and rentals. Thank you Ciara for your amazing service!! I would STRONGLY recommend this property. It was roomy and perfect for a family getaway. Each of the 4 bedrooms were roomy with king beds. The pool, outdoor kitchen and location on the water were perfect. 5-star!

Island Paradise

I have been traveling to the Turks & Caicos Islands for ~20 years now and at one point, even lived and worked on island. It is by far my favourite travel destination in the world! Owning a home here was always a dream for me, and owning Villa Imagine is beyond a dream come true. My family and I stayed at this property in August 2021. We fell so hard in love with it that we had to buy it!

Why they chose this property

This villa is perfectly situated in Chalk Sound, across the street from Taylor Bay (when I lived and worked in TCI back in 2007-2012, I used to drive here on my days off....it is my favourite beach on island!), away from the busy Grace Bay area. If you're looking for peace and tranquility on your vacation, then my family and I welcome you to stay in our home! We hope you love it as much as we did when we first stayed there on our own family vacation.
