This homey Alaskan Patriot-themed apartment is located at the historic Pioneer Inn, in the heart of downtown Homer - walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops, museums, art galleries... and a 5 min drive from the Spit, airport, parks, hospital, etc. You’ll love it because of the spacious yet cozy living area, well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, WiFi, cable TV, baby/kid essentials, and large front yard with outdoor seating. It's perfect for couples, business travelers, and families & kids.

The space
This charming Alaskan Patriot-themed apartment includes a common living area with a well-stocked kitchen, including a full-sized oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots/pans, etc. If you are doing a lot of cooking and need extra kitchen items, please ask as we have a full selection for checkout downstairs!!

The living area includes a table; comfy chairs for relaxing and watching cable TV or Netflix after an exciting day of hiking or fishing; and two twin beds for extra guests - or just kicking back on. The bedroom contains a comfy king bed, large closet with hangers, and full bath.

We are located in the heart of downtown Homer. Art Shop Gallery, Northwind Home Goods, and the Pratt Museum are right next door. Also in immediate walking distance are great dinner and breakfast restaurants and coffee shops. A beautiful hiking trail and two great parks are right up the street.

I am available anytime by text or phone. We have a full guidebook for guests and are available to discuss restaurants, excursions, etc. in our area and assist with booking.

Mom's High School Reunion

My mom and I are grown and raised Alaskans that now reside in the lower 48. We came back to visit Homer for her 40th High School Reunions and stayed at the Pioneer Inn, along with my husband. It was just like staying at grandmas place, which coincidently was just up the street ;-) It was perfect for our needs. Conveniently located to shops, the spit, and restaurants (Twisted Goat right next door has great pizza!). We like sitting sipping our morning coffee enjoying the mountain views outside our window. Plenty of hot water and clean rooms. Check in and out was super easy and the owners are super friendly with ton of advice on things to see and do! If you're looking for simple, easy, low key, relaxing stay, this is the perfect place. Tammy

Halibut

My family and I came to Homer for a halibut charter. About 10 minutes from the Homer spit, neighbors were friendly, apartment and yard were nice.
