About this property

Our apartment is very spacious! Almost 1600 square feet of space to spread out in. We are close to the beach and the Homer Spit, where you can enjoy fishing, shopping, and local eateries. We are within walking distance to 2 breweries and across the street from the farmer's market. We have a huge parking area so you have room for your boat and trailer with plenty of room to turn around.

Homer King Derby

This location is amazing. The parking is great even with a big boat. Very clean and great host. We have stayed here 2 years in a row. Both times were great.very large rooms with comfortable beds and nice couch to watch tv. Awesome windows to see everything and to watch the boat in the parking lot.

We had a wonderful, stay despite some initial snafus. The owners responded quickly to our concerns and the issues were resolved to our satisfaction. The location was wonderful and the unit itself was very spacious and beautiful. We had everything we needed for our stay. We would gladly stay here again and really appreciated the attentiveness of the owners.
