About this property

Welcome to your family vacation home in Pelican Beach Resort Destin, FL with all the conveniences of a direct beach vacation rental.Your condo is at 16th floor, giving you perfect view of the ocean, dolphins and pelicans flying altitude.Our unit will be renovated in Dec all amenities be the same. We want our guests to feel like they are staying on their beach home. Your home is in the heart of Destin and just a short distance from Harbor Walk, across the street from The Big Kahuna Water Park.

Access to the unit is via a code that will be provided to you at your check in. Parking is free. You will have your coffee, tea, coffee maker, pots, pans in the granite top kitchen with views and bathrooms in sparkling clean/new condition.

Condo has 1 King Size Bed, 2 Twin Size Beds in a bunk bed setting and a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 in the living room.

Two full size bathroom are in new condition with storage space. Washer and dryer are located on every floor, right by the elevator area. We will provide all your laundry, dish, bathroom supplies.

All towels, mattresses, blankets, linens, pillow covers are clean, fresh waiting to relax you after your swim or night out.

Living room and master bedroom have the smart TVs with Netflix, Amazon Prime or others waiting for you to sign in through the WIFI direction available in your check-in instructions.

Selection of cards, board games, beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler provided for your pleasure.

Heated indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, sauna, steam room, fitness center, beach services, beach side Tiki Bar, video game room, tennis courts and outdoor grills are available for your use in the resort.

Access code will be provided for the 1-bedroom condo

Pelican Beach Resort age limit requirements. Groups with one guest 25 years old or above are allowed to check in. In case guests are below 25 and are married, when both spouses are present they are also allowed to check in. Otherwise the 24/7 front desk may not allow check in. Only 6 persons will be allowed to register in a one bedroom unit.

It Was Just Ok

The room we stayed in was nice, good layout with some updates. Overall, we found it needed to a good cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. The door wall leading out to the balcony was very hard to open, and did not have a screen door. The balcony itself was small and dated. We found other rooms to be nicer for less money, so while we would possibly return to Destin in the future, we would return to this room or complex.

Great Condo

This condo has everything you might need. Just bring your clothes and food and get ready for fun in Destin. My husband and I would definitely stay here in this unit again! Owner was very nice, always available for any questions or concerns. However we did not have any problems at all, just a very pleasant stay.
