RESTAURANT DIRECTLY ON THE SEA The Villa Waldburg has been lovingly restored in Art Nouveau style and is located in a unique location just a few steps to the beach. Our guests can use the bicycle storage room. All apartments have a parking space and terrace, balcony or conservatory. OUR TIP FOR BIKE FRIENDS - BICYCLES RENT TO SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Have you always dreamed of cycling to the beach? Would you like to visit one of the numerous on-site events by bike? Or do you want to be a little sporty and make a discovery tour by bike on the well-developed cycle path network in the area? No matter what your heart desires: In the bike rental MY WHEEL BY THE SEA you can on special terms (discount vouchers you receive upon arrival) bicycles, e-bikes, children's bicycles, mountain bikes u. V. M. borrow.

In the kitchenette are stove with oven, dishwasher etc. From the living room you reach the north terrace. A bedroom with double bed and the bathroom with shower and toilet complete the overall picture of this apartment. Per person a laundry package is available as an initial equipment. A parking space available. Arrive and feel good !!!

Die Wohnung 10 war nicht bewohnbar.Schimmel ,defekter Wasserhahn usw.Die Ersatz Wohnung im Hauptgebäude war OK.Die Lage ist super.Strand gleich gegenüber. Mit dem Bäder Express könnte man eine Stadtrundfahrt machen. Es gibt sehr Übernachtungsmöglichkeit.

Schöne Weg, gute Lage, ein paar wünschenswerte Dinge wie WLan fehlt, mehr Grundausstattung, dass nicht alles selbst besorgt werden muss, Wie Spülmittel, Maschinen Tabs Toi Papier
Ansonsten gut, manche Sitzmöbel weisen sehr starke Gebrauchsspuren auf!

Tolle Lage
Das Objekt liegt etwas zurückgesetzt an der Ostseeallee und somit ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Die kleine Terasse ist von der Straße kaum einsehbar. Die Möblierung ist neu und gemütlich(Fotos sind veraltet) . Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen sehr gut geeignet. Bei heißem Wetter angenehm kühl und hell. Bei Reglamation wurde sofort geholfen. Pflege der Außenanlage und Sauberkeit(Fenster) ist noch Verbesserungswürdig.
