Strandschlösschen House II WE 14: 2-room apartment with balcony close to the beach

This friendly, beachfront 2-room apartment (approx. 32 m²) on the ground floor is highly functional and fully furnished. The living area features high-quality vinyl flooring with a wood-grain finish, while the kitchen and the bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The holiday apartment sleeps a total of 2 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillows, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The friendly and cosy living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, armchair, and coffee table, as well as a separate dining table with 2 chairs. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 6 m² covered balcony (facing east) with balcony furniture. Here you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine in the evening!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental is equipped with 2 flat-screen TVs as well as a stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability).

The kitchen area includes a compact kitchen with a 2-burner stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cosy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, as well as a closet and a chest of drawers (in the living room). The bedroom has a TV and also provides access to the balcony.

The bright bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet, as well as ample storage space.

If needed, a laundromat is available right near your holiday apartment (approx. 400 m) for washing your holiday clothes.

You can park your car for free in a parking space (No. 14) on the property across the street (Strandschlösschen House I); your bicycles can be parked in bike racks behind the house. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop right near your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday rental.

The lift provides convenient access to all floors of the apartment complex.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

At the nearby restaurant “La Perla,” which features a large outdoor terrace, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or treat yourself in the evening to delicious dishes, select wines, or special cocktail creations. You’ll find countless other restaurants within walking distance.

A laundry package (complete bed linens—the beds are already made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 2 people.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
