Enjoyed my stay , but….

The cleaning needs to be better. It felt really dusty and found many spider webs. Also, the hand soup if that’s what it was left my hands super dry to the point it it cracked and feels like it burned through my skin. Additionally the mattress were super uncomfortable. The place was nice though. Just needs to be upkeep better and need better products

As for the mattresses, they are less than two years old, and we understand that comfort can be subjective. We also want to mention that the mountain elevation can sometimes dry out your skin, which might be more to blame than the hand soap. We’re always looking for ways to improve, so your insights are valuable to us.
