Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stay in this condo every year for our family get together, it’s more affordable than getting hotel rooms for everyone. There are enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have there own space. My family ourselves, son’s and grandsons stay in this condo. My brother rent’s the adjoining condo. And other family members rent nearby condos. We have barbecue’s at the clubhouse and enjoy the pool. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The only thing that I really dislike is the cleaning fee that is charged. You must clean everything with the exception of making the bed and cleaning the towels. If you don’t you get charged and extra fee ( make sure you take out your trash). I leave the condo actually cleaner than when I arrive. I’ve found things swept under rugs 🤷‍♀️ I even cleaned the screen over the sink cause you couldn’t see through it. I think they should check it and if it’s clean and least give you half of the $150 cleaning fee back. Other than that we will definitely be staying again.

Reviewer Comments: Good size cabin for 10 people, good size kitchen , coffee maker was not working, and office did not have an extra...take your own coffee maker just in case ......the oven needs good cleaning , the sofas at den we’re all torn and very old and dirty....Luggage racks broken, coffee tables broken in closet, shower curtain rod was bend in king size bath room bottom floor, jacket rack at last floor broken...found a lot of spider webs and 2 big spiders ....needs more effort in cleaning.......the property’s location was great......

    No problems ,rental was easy, host response prompt. The vibe of the cabin was rustic cabin feel! Hit 🎯 all the checks for mountain vibes! Only tiny setback trek from parking & the coffee maker that would take an hour to brew ,we're all coffee drinkers, but an easy fix.😂 Nice BBQ area, pool & rec center.

    This place was very nice it was clean the only problem I had was they should leave a few more trash bags than just one and maybe more paper towels. They don’t have air in the summer so bring an extra fan. Other then that great location and very enjoyable stay

    We had a nice stay at this property. The location is outstanding and there was plenty of room for our family of 7. Kitchen was reasonably well stocked with dishes, with the exception of baking pans/cookie sheets. The kids loved the foosball table upstairs and the huge dining table (sits 12) was great. Couches were comfy but could use a cleaning. Overall, a nice place for a large family or a big group and the convenient for skiing can’t be beat.

    Great location for easy access to Snow Summit. Kids could walk back and forth at a moments notice. Plenty of space in the condo for all. Would stay there again in a heart beat.

    3 story townhome! 4Bedroom/4Bathroom Beautifully maintained home. We were a group of 9 adults with the perfect amount of space and more! Beds were super comfy!     Unique and perfectly located

    We spent a week exploring Big Bear from our lodge. It is perfectly located for hikes and skiing, with the lifts visible from the window! Everything on South Shore is within easy walking distance. The lodge is accented with local wood and beautiful.
