CLEANING PROCEDURE:
We hire professionals who perform a deep clean and disinfect ALL surfaces prior to your arrival.
They wear masks while working and follow additional health protocols.

• Dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis.
• Extra fee for cleaning protocols, extra wear and tear, etc. Please inquire for details
• Immunization records are required to finalize booking.

Acceptance of the House Rules and Water Usage Policies is assumed upon booking.
Guest Agreement, Deposit & ID Required. Please ask for a copy of Agreement before booking if any concerns.

Airbnb charges a 4% county occupancy tax and their own separate service fee. Reflected in the nightly rate upon booking is a $35/night per person charge for parties over 12 guests (including children).

-Additional guests (over max number of 16) will only be allowed upon request and permission from host.
-We rent to responsible adults where the Booking party is at least 30 years of age.
-Quiet hours are from 11pm - 8am due to town Noise Ordinance. For the same reason, there are also no parties.
