Everything about this property is excellent...plenty of room for our 3-generation family, kitchen was spacious with plenty of dishes and pots and pans, comfortable beds, etc. The check-in was very easy.

Perfect house for a family of 10. Plenty of space for dinner and for relaxing. Maryanne was wonderful to work with. She was readily available when an unforeseen issue occurred and had it taken care of that day. We loved the deck space… our dinners on the deck with the lake view was great! The home overall was well equipped for 10 people for 7 days. Thank you for sharing your home.

Vrbo photos and description of the home were spot on... so many times the property was somewhat lacking and less than we expected... the bedrooms were very comfortable and the lake was beautiful.... truly a great family vacation...

We’re definitely coming back!

This was the best rental we’ve ever stayed in and we’ve stayed in many over the years. The home was so well equipped and so clean. Unlike many lake houses it was solidly built so everyone slept well even though we had little ones who were up early and teens who stayed up late. It was perfect!

This is a lovely, well-equipped house right on the lake in a quiet, wooded neighborhood. The kitchen has everything you need to cook family meals, plus there is a grill. There are plenty of towels for bath and beach. It was nice to have the washer and dryer as it meant we did not have to bring a lot of luggage. We loved the beautiful views of the lake from the kitchen, great room, dining area, and two of the bedrooms upstairs. Every day, we swam, kayaked, canoed, spent time together, and relaxed. The water was much warmer than lakes we have been to in Maine and Vermont. Also, the lake is so large that it was never crowded at all. Northville is a picturesque village with cute shops, Tops grocery store, Walgreens and ice cream, and Amsterdam has even bigger grocery stores. It was a perfect vacation!

Fantastic property on Great Sacandaga Lake. Five bedrooms (each with its own flat screen TV), lots of open space, deck with lake view, and easy access to the water, including kayaks, canoe, and other flotation devices. House is also full of games and books. Northville, about 10 minutes away, is a cute little village with several restaurants as well as food, drug, and liquor stores. On-site host was extremely helpful -- welcoming and always available for questions. Perfect for families with young children who love the water. Highly recommended!

Everything was excellent. Property Manager was great to work with. If we had an issue was taken care of usually that same day.Only surprise, we are from the Midwest, and all of our beaches are sandy. We learned that most beaches in upstate NY are rockier than we are use. Did not diminish use of the beach, just a surprise.Considering going back next year.

The property is superbly located and beautiful. Easy access down gentle grade of the yard to the water. Everything has been well maintained and is very clean. My family of 8 adults had plenty of space for dinner & games together, as well as, privacy and quiet time alone when desired. Maryanne was a delight to communicate with and helpful. We caught lots of fish, kayaked everyday, and hiked a section of the NPT. Northville is quaint but has everything needed for groceries & beverages. Excellent week!! Hope to return next year.
