A bedroom, a combined living room and a separate kitchen available. Sink and TV are available in every room. The shower and toilet are separated. A barbecue corner on the property can be used anytime. A washing machine use as well as a transfer possibility from and to the station are possible on request and after arrangement. The rhododendron park in about 8 minutes and the rehab center in about 7 minutes (walk) reachable. Happy to bring a dog (maximum knee height)!A laundry drying area and a car park are also available.
