great condo by the beach

nice condo in nice complex with pool and hot tub, cross one street and you're at the beach. Nice clean and quiet place that is near the action but not in the middle of it.

Location could not be any more perfect!

The location of this property to the beach it top notch, literally just across the street from a wonderful Public Beach Access point. Also, going out the other direction, you are within walking distance to a wonderful bakery and several great restaurants, as well as Bar Louise and Gravity Park. The location of the unit itself is perfect as well being on the 1st floor, corner unit right next to easy access in and out of the grounds. Patio is perfectly located as well, you have privacy AND easy access to the pool area. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely try to book it again for future stays.

wonderful stay at this condo

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in South Padre Island last week! The location was perfect, the place was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable for our family. Everything worked great, and we truly enjoyed our time there. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beach, and we really appreciated how easy and smooth everything was during our stay. Without a doubt, we would love to come back next year! As a small piece of feedback, if there’s ever a chance to upgrade the queen bed to a king size, that would make the stay even more amazing. But overall, everything was fantastic — thank you for hosting us!

My family and I had a great stay here. Everything was super clean and decorated nicely. Check in was easy and the manager at Vacasa (EZ for Ezequiel) was friendly and helpful. The tv at the condo didn’t work but that was not a big deal for us. Everything was great and we would definitely stay here again!

I LOVED the property and the area is right next to the beach. There was no damp smell either nor pests. The condo floor was dirty tho, full of sand as if nobody swept. There was a pile of sand behind the door of the head restroom when we first got there as an example. The showers were clogged and our feet would soak as we showered.

This property is in a prime location just across the road from east beach access, we love the condos pool and hot tub. The inside was relatively clean but as with most of these it could use a DEEP clean. Now for the criticisms the master bed was absolutely horrible basically a box spring with a thin memory foam topper my wife and I did not sleep well at all! The TV didn’t work in the master either not a huge deal but TVs are cheap why not have one that works. Lastly the pots, pans silverware and kitchen utensils were all junk we ended up buying plastic utensils, plates and bowls for our stay so we didn’t have to use what was there. Overall this is a great place to stay and we had a wonderful time, this place would be absolutely perfect with a few minor fixes starting with the bed! Also they give you a 10 digit code to remember so you can unlock the door really?!

We loved the atrium looking tropical setting around the pool. On a breezy day you’ll be surprised to feel a nice breeze but not blasted by sand in the air. The decor was lovely and we felt relaxed in the tropical setting even when we were indoors it felt like we were in paradise. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials and the entire place was very clean. Never saw a single ant or roach. However, the WiFi was lagging or hard to capture. The photos need updating because there was no blue recliner. My husband was actually looking forward to that as the sofa furniture had no reclining seat. Also, it would have been nice to have had pool towels and a dishwater. Thankfully, I always pack extra towels but had to run to the store for paper towels, plates and cups. We went through ours fast! And it’s not a vacation if you’re constantly washing glasses and plates. I also requested an extended time for checkout at 2pm instead of 10am on a Saturday, but that was a no go. Sadly, I cannot give 5 stars but just come prepared for these kinds of things and you’ll have a very nice stay. We will be returning for sure!
