Seascape Unit is a Second Floor condo located on THE beautiful South Padre Island. The condo feels just like home, so comfortable and easy to love. The space includes 2 bedrooms. The master room has one king bed and guest room offers a queen bed and twin bed. The courtyard is nothing short of amazing, offering a swimming pool, jacuzzi and if you have children well we can accommodate them too! Kids pool also available! This unit is just 3 mintues away from the beach and walking distance to Wanna Wanna Beach Bar & Inn, as well as many other restaurants and entertainment.

Fabulous 4th of July stay

Extremely clean and stock with everything. Very close to the beach access. The pool and courtyard was very nice. We enjoyed our stay and will come back again next year.

Cozy Labor Day Weekend

We stayed 3 nights. The condo was super cozy and clean. We were so comfortable. We really appreciated the thoughtfulness that is put into the condo. The pool vibes are awesome. The balcony was very roomy and looks out over the courtyard and pool. It was super handy having the dishwasher and the washer and dryer. We all had a great time.

This property was better than the pictures. The entire complex (not just this unit) was nicely maintained and welcoming. Easy access to tge beach. And the beds were very comfortable. Erica was a fabulous host!

The condo was a half block to the beach. Our favorite tiki bar Wanna Wanna is a block walk. We had everything we needed in the rental and walkable to a coffee shop and other places. Perfect

Great stay!

This second story condo was clean and large enough for our group of 3 adults. It was clean, had a spacious balcony, and was a short walk from the beach! Erica was responsive to all inquiries. Just a few minutes drive from most restaurants on the island, in a nice part of town. We stayed in January and the area was quiet.

Birthday Weekend

This place was great! I loved the kiddie pool for my grandsons and we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. The walk to the beach is not far at all. The condo was spacious and comfortable. I will definitely be back. I had a great birthday weekend with my family.

Wedding Weekend

We were at SPI for my cousins wedding and our stay was so fun. This place is awesome. The condo is so comfy and has everything you need. The walk to the beach access is short and the pool is great for my grandkids. Erica makes the process to stay at her place so easy. This is our second stay and will continue to come back. We feel so comfortable staying here. Thank you Erica!

South Padre Island

This was a quick two day fishing trip to South Padre. Overall we were happy with our condo rental and stay in South Padre. Erica was super easy to work with and was always quick to respond to my messages before and during. The condo was as described and fit what we needed perfectly. Even with kids in the pool it was very peaceful during our stay. Overall we have a great time in South Padre and our stay through VRBO and Erica.
