Cole was very responsive to questions. The property is in a prime location. Very short walk to the main drag of shops, restaurants, and bars. We were so busy we never got to use the pool, but it looked very inviting. We would definitely stay in this spacious rental again. Thanks!!

Villa A was nice and clean. The shower might be too small for a big bodied person in the 2n bedroom. It was quiet and had parking right in front.

The property was clean, neat and mostly updated. The floor plan was a little unique and strange as I believe the second bath was an add on but wasn’t an issue. Just interesting layout. There were some nice touches like a huge bad of ice in freezer and some creamers for the coffee in the fridge. All of the basic amenities are provided except bring your own shower soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Local to downtown. 2 small blocks away. Was nice as a little separate from all the noise of downtown but yet so close. Will definitely stay again.

Convenient location to downtown Palm Springs

We cycled the Tour de Palm Springs and found this location to be perfect as it is close to the start and convenient to walk to some nice places to eat. Lots of room to store our bikes etc
