We offer for rent our air-conditioned apartment by the sea in Sant Amborggio (Balagne), 15 minutes from Ste Catherine airport, 15 minutes from Calvi, 15 minutes from the arrival of the boat from Île Rousse.
With a landscaped garden of 100 m² this bright apartment on the ground floor is located in a very quiet residence and in the middle of nature with 24/7 security company.
Facing east / west so as to enjoy the sun from morning to evening, the proximity of the sea at 150m allows you to enjoy spectacular sunsets.
Within walking distance: the cove totally dedicated to swimming at 150m, the beach of La Marine at 20 minutes on foot, all the shops of the navy, the little train of the coast which serves all the beaches between Calvi and Île-Rousse and many walks along the wild coast.
The possibilities of excursions are numerous: discover the beautiful mountain villages, Lumio, Pigna, Sant'Antonino, Speloncato, Belgodère,...; discover the natural pools of Fangu; access the northern start of the GR 20 from Calenzana (8km) or the forest of Bonifatu; admire the Gulf of Porto, the Calanques de Piana, the Scandola Reserve and the Gulf of Girolata, magnificent natural sites inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

The apartment can accommodate 4 people thanks to well-appointed and independent dedicated spaces. (exceptional provision of a sofa bed in the living room)
There are two bedrooms equipped with air conditioning, a separate toilet, a completely refurbished bathroom equipped with a toilet and a shower.
- Bedroom 1 is equipped with a 2P bed (180), air-conditioned and has a large storage cupboard.
- Bedroom 2 is equipped with two beds (80), small storage spaces.
- The bathroom is very functional with a high flow of water and instant hot water.
- a second toilet completes the night area,
- a very large cupboard in the corridor integrating a washing machine (max 3.5kg)
- a refurbished equipped kitchen (fridge, induction hob, dishwasher), nespresso, toaster, filter electric coffee maker, kettle, many cupboards, everything you need for meals from breakfast to dinner and aperitif,
- a living room - with 1 French window and a large bay window - not air-conditioned with storage (the sofa bed can be suitable for an extra bed), wifi, coffee table, storage unit and television,
- a large sheltered terrace for meals giving access to the private garden and its garden furniture, parasol and coffee table, with outdoor socket

Dolce Paese is a marine district known for its calm, cars are not allowed in front of and behind the apartment (permission to leave luggage in front of the door only), a car park is available to all residents 50m away

To do your shopping, nothing is very far, the Super U in Algajola/Aregno, the large Leclerc in Île Rousse (15 minutes and the Corbara drive 10 minutes away). Shopping in the narrow streets of Calvi and Ile Rousse. For everyday use, we recommend the bakery and the excellent butcher's shop of the navy (and all the shops such as tobacconist, mini-market, boat rental...) the Savelli greengrocer at the crossroads of the descent to the marina of Sant Ambroggio (fruits, vegetables and local products of high quality). As for the beaches, they are close, numerous and splendid: beach of the Marine, Arinella de Lumio, La Restitude, Punta di Spano, Algajola (water sports), Bodri... And finally on the tourist side, Lumio is one of the most beautiful villages in Corsica and the Balagne, a treasure to discover.PGJyPg
Rental is done without linen or sheets, but the linen rental option is possible. This service is charged additionally, upon your arrival to the person who welcomes you.
