Renovated farmhouse with sauna, chalet atmosphere, in a quiet wooded setting.

Located in a very quiet hamlet bordering natural and wooded areas, this renovated farmhouse is perfect for relaxing with your loved one, or for up to 6 people for a weekend or longer. Facing south and featuring a small terrace and a bucolic garden, the surrounding tranquility is very pleasant. It's an ideal setting for relaxation, family walks, hiking, or mountain biking.
In our cottage, you'll enjoy a large living room with a pellet stove and underfloor heating. An infrared sauna cabin will allow you to relax.
Upstairs, two bedrooms are furnished and decorated in a mountain chalet style. A third bedroom is also available on the mezzanine. Sheets and towels will be provided, and beds will be made up upon your arrival. Located 7 minutes by car (7km) from the town of Bain de Bretagne, this commune has a very pleasant lake with a nautical base (sailing, windsurfing, etc.), an aquatic center with a Nordic pool, and numerous shops and restaurants.

We had a wonderful time there.The house is exactly as shown in the pictures. The furnishings, furniture, exterior, bathroom, kitchen, living room—EVERYTHING is exactly as you see it in the pictures.The kitchen is superbly equipped with a stove, hotplates, refrigerator, and everything else you could need.There are so many plates, cups, and glasses that you could feed an entire soccer team at once.It would be great if there were 4-6 slightly larger glasses with a capacity of 0.5 liters for example, then you wouldn't have to refill them so often The peace and quiet is great; you could sit on the street for hours without a car passing by. Speaking of cars: if you don't have a car, you need to have a very good bike or a great desire to hike, because there are no shopping facilities in the area; the nearest supermarket is a 10-minute drive away.We were lucky and were able to pick tomatoes from “our” garden there. I've never eaten such good tomatoes in my life!Hervé is a courteous, polite, and helpful host who lives nearby and responds immediately to questions or problems. Very exemplary!For example, the Wi-Fi went down due to a storm, conveniently over the weekend. Hervé took care of it immediately and a technician came by on Monday and solved the problem. Thank you again for this wonderful stay.One note:The studio above the sauna can only be reached via a very steep staircase! This could prove to be a hindrance for older people.....

Maison cocooning très agréable

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour avec notre bébé , dans cette belle maison décorée avec goût, très propre et chaleureuse ! Hervé a été très arrangeant concernant les horaires d'arrivée et de départ et nous nous sommes sentis bien accueillis avec une belle assiette de fraises du jardin à notre arrivée. Pour parfaire le séjour , le sauna pour un moment de détente. Nous avons pu nous promener autour de la maison, il y a des petits chemins agréables. Un excellent moment en famille.

Week-end à la campagne

Très bon accueil de nos hôtes qui habitent dans le hameau. Longère moderne rénovée et décorée avec goût. Très bien équipée! Nous avons apprécié le sauna et l’environnement calme et apaisant pour un week-end 100% détente! Nous reviendrons !
