This charming, light-filled villa is just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, making it ideal for holidays with family or friends.

It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people thanks to its three bedrooms: a master suite with an en-suite bathroom and a balcony with sea views, two double bedrooms, and an open-plan sleeping area adjacent to the living room.

The house features a spacious kitchen, a large furnished terrace, a shaded dining area with a barbecue, and, of course, a private swimming pool where you can cool off at any time of day.
Air conditioning is available throughout the property, and Wi-Fi is provided so you can stay connected even whilst on holiday.

A unique feature: the chance to hire our boat with a skipper, directly from your accommodation, to explore Menorca’s hidden coves and unspoilt beaches from the sea.
