+ No smoking, vaping, or burning anything allowed inside the property. The smell of smoke will result in a $300 charge to rid of the smell.
+ Unauthorized EVENTS or PARTIES are NOT allowed. We have ZERO TOLERANCE for parties. The party will be broken up before it starts, your reservation will be canceled without a refund, and you will be charged $700 extra.
+ Please do not use the white linens to remove makeup
+ Please use make-up remover cloth. Stained towels or bedding will result in extra charges
+ Please make sure you grabbed all your items before you leave. There is a $75 fee to coordinate / ship left items.

Great Weekend Stay
The property was excellent! It worked great for three couples on a weekend stay. The space was clean and had everything we needed. There was convenient street parking right in front of the property. The host responded quickly and communicated expectations clearly.

We ran into some initial issues upon arrival. Host responded with solutions, but then didn’t follow through until we reached out again. Wet towels left in washer, sheets in dryer, smoke detector battery beeping, full trash can in kitchen that was smelly. They don’t provide detergent or extra paper towels, so we couldn’t finish the laundry until we went out and bought some. Overall, the place is nice and in good condition, but just wasn’t ready for the next guest. Also, neighbors have wind chimes, so two of the three bedrooms hear that all.night.long. Recommend bringing a sound machine to drown it out!

Close enough to all the downtown activities, but in a cute quiet neighborhood. Good sized beds and TVs. Perfect for our 5 day stay with friends!
