Welcome to our newly renovated mobile home! Located on the upper end of a canal, we are just a short 5 minute paddle to the Gulf of Mexico. Make sure to be on the lookout for dolphins and manatees, as you navigate the canal system on your complimentary kayaks, launched directly from our private floating dock =). The area surrounding our home provides an abundance of: restaurants, stores, biking trails, natural springs, beautiful beaches, and rivers. Come be one of the first to enjoy a stay here!

Great!

The house was very nice, looked like the picture's. We enjoyed the kayaks and the beach chairs they provide for use were very helpful! Anthony checked on us while we were staying there to see if we had any concerns. We didn't, but sure if we did he would of made it right. Great place to stay at a great price! Would highly recommend.

Nice place to stay

Very clean, nice location, close to all shops and parks. The owner was very responsive and answered all questions without any issues. Property listing is accurate as listed. We enjoyed our stay!!

Why they chose this property

This home sits on a coastal community, where most or all of our neighbors are on the waterfront. We are a short distance to the beach and beautiful springs, where many people go to: take a walk, read, exercise, dine, enjoy the sunset with a drink in hand, and cruise in their golf carts. The area provides fishing, scuba diving, water sports, scalloping (in season only), and leisure boating (boats available for rental at nearby marina). There are a few wineries/breweries/distilleries within 15 minutes of us. Walmart Supercenter is just 5 minutes away. We are also 7 minutes from an 18-hole golf course and 5 minutes from a medium sized hospital (290 beds).

What makes this property unique

Feel at home in our backyard while you enjoy our: Biergarten with LED lighting, a freestanding hammock, corn hole, giant Jenga, and the view from our 40ft canal front.

Inside the home boasts: a remodeled shower, brand new kitchen, an open living room, sleeper sofa for two, a trundle bed in the second bedroom, and half bathroom in the master. Each room has its own TV and streaming service/remote. Endless hot water is supplied by a tankless water heater.
