Lae Nani 414 is an airconditioned ground floor unit with great view. Enjoy all the amenities this comfortable condo has to offer.



The Space:

This newly renovated, ground floor condo is equipped with a split system AC to keep you cool on hot days. The ocean breeze will cast a coolness your way through the lanai door as well.  Only steps to bar-b-ques, beach and pool. Great sunset views. This beautiful condo is ground floor but has a great ocean view. This is a beautiful and conveniently placed unit. Lae Nani is located next door to the Coconut market place and the Lava Lava Beach club providing plenty of walking distance entertainment!

Our guests have access to our great pool, bbq`s, free parking and wifi as well as our tennis/pickle ball court, not to mention the beach which is only a few steps away.



The Neighborhood:

We are close to a number of good places to dine, shop and also activities. Sleeping Giant is behind the condos where you can hike or take a kayak up the Wailua River to Secret Falls. Also Opaekaa Falls is only a short drive.

The Kauai multi-use path in in front of the condo and goes all around the bay to the Lydgate Beach Park



Getting Around:

We have the Kauai Bus, Taxis, Uber and Lyft but we recommend a rental car to enjoy all there is on the island.

Just as described. Great place with pretty much everything you need. Lots of “leftover” item in the kitchen and many water/beach items like chairs, floats, towels etc. love the area and with coconut shopping center within walking distance a big bonus with shopping and food close. The place provides a relaxing stay and the communication before, during, and after put you at ease if you did need anything

My wife and I have stayed in different units at the Lae Nani over the last 25 years. This is one of the best. Comfortable bed, updated bathrooms, nice decor, plenty of beach toys and patio furniture. The A/C in the bedroom and living room was a big plus.

Great central area

This place is great. Central location, Home away from home Our 7 year loved the garden and begin steps from the beach. Having the rocks enclose like a barrier really was a plus, and he love playing in the cal water.Thank you for hosting us. We had a beautiful time.

Great location

The beach is right out the front door, short walk to a nice tiki bar next door to the complex (about 200 yards), and a little further to other restaurants, shops, and a grocery store. All in all a really nice unit too. Clean, everything you might need for the kitchen, the beach, for entertainment. Loved it!

The view from our lanai was amazing. Great place for coffee or cocktails. The grounds are gorgeous with all kinds of beautiful flowers. Very well kept. The unit had everything that we could possibly use during our vacation.

Beautiful Kauai Vacation

We loved staying at this property. The complex was beautiful with a “resort” vibe. Right on the beach, and walking distance to many restaurants, including Lava Lava Beach Club! Despite it being one bedroom, myself, my husband, and our two boys (10 and 12) were very comfortable. AC was a high priority for me and the ones in this condo worked great. Definitely recommend, we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo in paradise

Wonderful location - Kapa a, centrally located. Walking distance to Coconut Market place, with shopping and restaurants. The updated unit was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication, check-in and out was seamless. We were a little concerned that we might not have an ocean view since it was on the first floor, but the view was great. Will definitely return.

A perfect location in Kauai and on the resort

I can't say enough good things about this place. The location was incredible, both on Kauai and on the resort itself. Our first floor lanai overlooked luscious greenery with an ocean view and tennis courts and pool nearby! The property manager Ron was great, especially when the AC wasn't hooked up as initially advertised for the first couple days. The kitchen had all the things we needed and the shower was hot (but could use a stronger shower curtain or door). I would definitely stay here again!

Pro: condo location is fantastic, and it being ground floor allows us to step right into the lanai and onto the perfectly-manicured lawn, palm trees, and the (almost private) beach. More than one artisan level coffee houses within 10-min walk, plus numerous restaurants all within very short walk. Owners keep plenty of beach gears to enjoy Con: not much really. The 2 sofabeds can co-exist if one of them is pushed back against the sliding door

Simply perfect

It was just an amazing experience. Great location and first floor made it perfect. It was 5 of us (2 adults and 3 kids). Quiet and peaceful complex with a lot of families. Small beach in a complex, but very private. There’s a big one just outside of the territory. Close to the shopping center and grocery stores if it’s needed. Apartment is clean and had everything we need. We had a breakfast every morning on a backyard with a ocean view. It was unforgettable! We are definitely would love to come again!!!

Property is lovely. Owner/manager too aggressive regarding do’s and don’t! Telling me “if nothing works, it’s not my fault, don’t expect compensation and don’t call me” was unnecessary and offensive.

remove the redundant couch

Love the first floor location!. The unit feels small and is very dark...very much like a cave. Two things could go a long way to improve the feel. The walls are dark grey in color, we would choose a lighter color (some kind of off-white) for the walls. We would remove one of the two hide-a-bed couches to open up a very crowded living space. The toilet paper holders are mounted too far behind and too close to the user. Very hard to reach the toilet paper for taller people. The holders create a situation for people to smack their elbows on the holder because they are so close. Proper placement on the wall would be more ergonomic for the user. Beautiful grounds and with excellent access to the water and sunrises!

Beautiful location

The location of the property can’t be beat. It’s right near the beach and the grounds are beautiful. We loved the closet full of equipment for the beaches and hiking. It’s central location makes it easy to get to all the different sights in the island. Worked great for my family of 6!

Perfect!

The condo was perfect for our family of 5! It is updated, modern, and clean. The king size bed and two pull out beds were comfortable and adequate for our children. The location of the condo in Wailua is ideal. Within walking distance of restaurants and shops, and within 5 minutes of the Wailua River for kayaking, the Wailua water falls, and the Smith Family Luau. But the best part about this condo is walking out the ground level lanai to the beautiful grounds of the property and the proximity to breathtaking Lae Nani beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, bodyboards, snorkeling gear, and coolers are provided as well. We absolutely loved our stay here and hope to come again!

Wonderful Stay

We didn’t want to leave this wonderful place!

This unit was perfect for us. Everything is nicely updated and they provide anything you could want…full equipped kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, locking safe and more. Parking is directly in front of the unit, so short walk for loading and unloading car. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and it is a short walk across the manicured grass to the beach. The pool is large and clean. Having there restaurant Lava Lava and the shopping within walking distance was awesome!

Amazing Condo & Perfect Location

This place is amazing and the location is the best if you plan to explore the whole island. A/C is soooo nice to have. All the beach chairs, coolers, body boards, snorkel gear, etc. Everything you need is included. Absolutely fantastic vacation stay, this place exceeded our expectations!

Wonderful stay! Very chill resort with gorgeous view from lanai! Condo has everything needed to cook and beach towels provided. Pics on vrbo do not give it justice. Air conditioners in master and living area were also nice to have! Would stay again!
