KITCHEN & DINING
The home features a gorgeous kitchen and a wide-open living room on the 2nd floor. For those who love to cook, this is a fully stocked chef's paradise. There is a gas (propane) grill outside the kitchen on the Skydeck. You can enjoy the city view while cooking or enjoy the food right on the deck. There is also a Kitchenette on the rooftop, with a 2nd gas grill. Lastly there is a large dinner table on the rooftop for the group.

BATHROOMS
Most of the bathrooms have single vanity and soaking tub.. Master bedroom’s bathroom has double vanities and glass shower. We stock the bathrooms with plenty of bath and hand towels, washcloths, cosmetic towels, and floor mats to give you something nice and fluffy to step on when getting out of the shower. You'll also find hairdryers, makeup mirrors in each bathroom along with plenty of spa-quality shampoos, conditioners, and body wash.

You can't beat the location. There are so many dining and shopping options within walking distance! Lower Broadway is a 5 minute Uber ride or 20-minute walk. Germantown is just a 10-minute walk or 2-minute Uber ride. Germantown has some of my favorite places to eat and drink like O-Ku Sushi, Butchertown Hall, The Optimist, Monell's, Rolf and Daughters, and more.

Very nice place to stay!

The property itself was exactly as described. Plenty of space and the rooftop deck was amazing! Only downside was the location, this building is not in the safest of areas. Two uber drivers told us we were in the ghetto and a restaurant from GrubHub refused to deliver food to this area. Besides the area, it was perfect and overall I am happy with our stay!

CCC Weekend in Nashville - girls trip!

We had a wonderful time in Nashville. The condo is gorgeous, and the bedding is remarkable. It’s beautiful Ian’s spacious for a group of ten. We felt comfortable and safe in this neighborhood. Uber picks up and drops off at the front door. The location is less than 10 minutes from downtown! My only complaint is the third bedroom had been listed with two full-size beds. They’re two twin beds, not full-size beds. Hopefully, the description will be corrected. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!!

Property and its owner are great!

I stayed here for a bachelor party in a party of 10 and we all loved it. The house was spacious and clean and the living room and rooftop were great areas to chill. Good view of the Nashville skyline. Easy short Uber ride to broadway. Sheng the owner was fantastic as well, I had unfortunately lost my phone on the 1st night and he was very responsive and adaptive to help me(ordered a new one to the house, delivery dates got changed whole mess). Also he allowed the guys who got there early to drop their stuff off in the garage so we could roam around without it while we waited to check in. 10/10 would recommend

Great host

The host (Sheng) was amazing and super helpful. He provided us everything we needed before the trip and accommodated any requests before the trip. The house was clean organized and had access to all the amenities we needed. The location is about 10 minute drive from Broadway bars but that was exactly what we wanted. We would definitely stay at this house again when we visit Nashville.
