This place has it all and more! I chose it for many of the little extras, such as the games, hot tub, etc. We didn't have much downtime gallivanting around the area, but when we did, there was more than enough for our boys to enjoy. The space was clean, comfortable, and just what we were looking for!
Hot tub was perfect after a long hike. Living area was spacious and comfortable to relax in at night and we enjoyed playing the board games with our grandkids.
We were truly hoping to see a 5 star review here as we strive to make our guests happy! We're sorry if something was wrong during your stay, but please dont hesitate to let your hosts know if you need something.
The home and grounds are beautiful. Lots of wildlife and an overall amazing place to relax.

We are so grateful for your little group and how wonderful you were! Thank you for booking here and being such amazing guests! You're welcome back anytime!
This was chosen for a group of old friends and we ate, talked, enjoyed a trip into Clinton and Marshall to explore. Our only regret was not staying longer and the price was very reasonable.

Thank you for your review! We enjoyed hosting you & hope to get the chance to again! đ
We loved our stay. We live relatively close and were looking for a relaxing stay for my boyfriends birthday. It was a lovely place to stay with a few friends. The property had a lot of games and extra things to do. We would recommend this place if youâre looking for a low key weekend surrounded by nature.
We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was a perfect size for our family weekend float trip. It was too hot to enjoy the hot tub or firepit but would have been great if cooler.
Wonderful get away! The hot tub was on for us when we got there... wonderful hospitality right there! Managers were ready to step in and help if we needed it but not up in our business, we never saw them. 100% recommend:)
Really nice place to stay very clean it was nice to have a place for the grandchildren to play and have a good time the only thing that we had trouble with was the remote for the tv could not get it to turn on the tv maybe we were not doing something right don't know
The property looked as listed. We had 4 adults which we paid for and only had 4 bath towels for a two night stay. The remote to the tv didnât work. The property could use an exterminator. There were many spiders on the carport where the hot tub was. Yikes! And one nasty looking spider in the front porch. We saw two black ants inside. The linens and towels were low quality, the doors squeaked, one bed made loud noises. The bed in the master was small, no dressers to put clothes in. We enjoyed the board games. The kitchen was adequate. We enjoyed it but definitely not anything lux.

Sorry to see that you were disappointed as we work hard to keep our guests happy here and there was no communication about any of this during your stay, had there been, we would have fixed any concerns you had. There were extra towels that were not used as well as spa towels for your stay. Please remember when staying in a place with nature surrounding it that you will come across signs of nature as that is what you get here. There are closets in each room with plenty of room for clothing and such here as well.
Hi! John & Angela here! We're your hosts for the Magnolia Cabin, located in Marshall Arkansas! We love nature and want to share our little slice of heaven on earth with you here during your stay! The area has so much to offer, if you like peacefulness & calm mornings away from the hustle & bustle like we do, but yet would like a short drive over to the drive in theater or even to the Buffalo National River, this is the place for you & we would love to be your hosts!
What makes this property unique
This home is at the end of a country road, so it's very peaceful and secluded. The sunsets are magnificent here & deer like to visit in the early mornings. Lay on the hammock and watch the sun go down while listening to nature or gather around the firepit with some smores and spend time with your loved ones while here.
