Our stay at Changing Tides in Yachats was exceptional! It was clean and every detail was attended to. The host, Duke, was responsive to every inquiry I had. The fact that this home is right on the shore line with exceptional viewing windows made it extra special as we were mesmerized by the November weather and king tides!

My family fell in love with Yachats 17 years ago the first time we saw the waves crash against the rocky coast. We want to eventually be able to move to Yachats (our happy place) full time, so when we found this house we couldn't resist. We decided to buy it and rent it out while we aren't there so others can enjoy it and fall in love with Yachats as we did.

Why they chose this property

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! The views from this oceanfront home don't get any better. and the house itself if beautiful and comfortable. It is great for anyone and everyone. It is a great place to work remotely for a time. It is a wonderful place to bring your family for an extended vacation. It is ideally located in the heard of Yachats and only 30 minutes south of Newport and 40 minutes north of Florence. Each of which are towns with their own coastal charm. There is lots of out door recreation near our home. The Cape Perpetua area is only a 5 minute drive away!

What makes this property unique

What more can I say about the location of this home, it is spectacular! If you like the rocky Oregon coast, then this is the place for you.
