Large beach home with 7 bedrooms and a quaint cabin adjacent to the main home. Located in Yachats, Oregon with restaurants in walking distance, local shopping, Saturday market a new Cider house.
This large home has 7 bedrooms, 5 bathroom with a cabin that has one bathroom, a kindg bed and a loft.
There is a hot tub off the main deck with a BBQ and some out door games Most of the rooms have their own TV's.
We provide quality linens and beds, There is a game room located upstairs and fabulous views of the ocean and the Oregon Coast sunsets are amazing. The kitchen is equipped with seasonings and some other items to make your stay a little easier.

Beautiful home with a beautiful view. The kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed the extra activities such as the hot tub, video game and shuffle board. Close to town to spend the day. Only suggestion would be to turn the couch around as the current set up has your back to that fantastic view.

This house is so comfy and cozy! We have been doing a family get together for over 10 years. This is our favorite place. The owners are wonderful, kind and prompt. The outside deck area and fire pit are a wonderful addition for making memories. The hot tub has a amazing view of the ocean. The house has a lot of room. The beds are really comfortable. The property is fenced in for your furry babies. You will love your stay here!!!! We will be back!!

We loved the house , surroundings , location , view , amenities ! There was some confusion about the checkout process : due to several checkout times listed in several places (10 or 11) and I had a hard time finding a way to communicate with the hostess to get clarification. Also there was confusion about the bed linens : strip the beds or do not stripthe beds . Sorry I could not find the switch for the entry light to turn it off And we wanted to turn on the drive way lights on the highway side but could not find a switch . We really enjoyed our stay ! The beds were so comfortable

Absolutely beautiful house in a gorgeous location! The house was completely stocked with everything you could need - so if you forget something, it's probably there! We had a wonderful time and every bed was filled. A few items to note: the wifi is not great, I had to use my mobile hotspot to watch TV in the 'cabin' at night. Also, the ladder to the loft doesn't lock in place so getting on/off the ladder felt a little scary because it would move. There is a 'smaller' bedroom upstairs with a double or queen size bed on a large wooden frame. The corners of the bedframe at the end stuck out farther than the mattress and our guest constantly knocked her shins on it and left with bruises. Also, we all missed the driveway entrance when arriving, if the first person to arrive places a balloon or something on the post it would be helpful for remaining guests. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and would absolutely rent this home again.

This is a wonderful property- completely stocked, clean, comfortable beds. Large fully stocked and well labeled kitchen, short walk to the beach, large bedrooms and more than enough bathrooms. Fantastic layout beautiful grounds and decks and a fire pit. Well stocked with games, shuffleboard, poker. And the little house is perfect for the younger crowd. There are a few observations I would suggest resolving soon though: the shower handle in the upstairs master came off in my hand, the WiFi was unfortunately too spotty to hold a good connection thus rendering any attempt to watch tv or enjoy any movies frustrating and futile. This was a major bummer for many of us. I think the house might need another router is all as the signal is very weak. Finally, the oven should be looked at. It was not maintaining heat and seemed to keep turning off in the middle of cooking. Aside from that it was a very enjoyable stay!

Wonderful place! We celebrated my parents 40th anniversary here and the house perfectly suited our large family. Fenced yard was wonderful for pets and small children, hot tub was a hit with the adults in the evening, campfire in the evening was relaxing, and the noise and view of the ocean was beautiful. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend!

We were very impressed with this home and all the amenities! Huge, well equipped kitchen, high chair, baby gate, game room, toys, were unexpected conveniences! Great family reunion

Ocean views from this property are fantastic. The hot tub was a perfect location at sunset. We ended up with more bedrooms than needed since we lost a family member between booking and the stay. The kids loved the bunkbeds.We had a couple of technical issues but the owner was very responsive.

Perfect retreat!

Despite not having direct access to the water we had an amazing time and the house was perfect! We all had plenty of room to spread out or gather for meals or time together. The kitchen was easily the best stocked out of all the homes any of us have ever rented and the porch space and hot tub was great! The home is only a mile from Yachats and a few more miles from thors well and other site seeing areas and trails. We would absolutely rent this place again!

I grew up in Hubbard, Oregon, and today I run a memory care community in Central Oregon, along with a few other small businesses in the Willamette Valley, and a little farm that keeps us busy.
The Oregon Coast, stormy or sunny, has always been one of my favorite places to make memories. I love crabbing and clamming whenever I can.
This Yachats beach house is one of our happy places. It's perfect for sitting out on the deck, listening to the waves crash against the rock, and if you're lucky, spotting an occasional whale.
We truly hope you enjoy our beach house as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

Yachats is a small, charming community with, believe it or not, some truly excellent restaurants. We loved that this beach house is just minutes from the quaint little town, yet sits on a fully fenced half-acre lot that feels private and peaceful.
While there's no direct beach access, the property offers unobstructed, front-row views of the ocean. You can sit on the deck and watch the waves crash against the rocks, and enjoy the ever-changing weather that the Oregon coast is known for. It's a special place, and we're grateful to share it with guests.
