Beautiful, newly-renovated condo on 30A. Steps from the beach & Cafe Thirty-A, & many other local favorites! Just a short (1-2 mile) bike ride from Seaside, Publix, shops & restaurants. On-site pools & tennis courts. Perfect for a couple's or small family beach vacation. We're superhosts on other sites, and would love to host some more VRBO guests!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Good location, beach access was nice, and perfect for my family. We did have an issue with the door lock not working. Our host answered promptly, and worked us through the issue quickly.

Heart of everything plus beach location!

We enjoy this area immensely!! We stayed at another place 3 streets over last year but this was a little bigger and more cozy and decorated nicely. The beach access is on point! All the food is within walking distance and was excellent. Convenient to gas station and souvenir shop, Sleeper sofa was not large enough to sit on with 2 adults and one kid, was also uncomfortable to sleep on needs new mattress or foam topper. All you could feel was the bars and springs pooping. The master bedroom bed was really comfortable but small. The air filters or vents are very dusty, the bathroom walls and door ways have lots of dust on them. Everything else was clean and tidy. Sliding door was broken the frame fell right off the glass when arrived and had trouble locking it. No washer and dryer in room. All in all 3 out of 5 stars.

Seagrove Beach Getaway

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Seagrove Beach Cottage. We walked everywhere from the beach (super close) to the Prema Organic Cafe and dinners at Cafe 30A, yum! The cottage itself is in a great location on the property for access to the walkway to the beach and it is so cute inside! It literally had everything even shampoo and body wash if you need it! The kitchen is well equipped and has filtered water inside which was very nice! The pictures truly don’t do it justice as it’s adorable! There were even beach chairs, towels and a washer/dryer! The owner is very kind and responded promptly when needed!

Hi! We're ALA and Carolyn. We met right before our first week of law school more than 10 years ago and have been best buddies ever since! We both love traveling and have taken many trips together - Nicaragua, Seagrove Beach, and Miami, just to name a few. We are both lawyers, dog people (we both have cockapoos!), runners, and indecisive fashion-lovers. We decided to buy a condo together (during the pandemic...) at a beach we both love so that we can share the magic of 30A with our friends, family, and guests for years to come!

Why they chose this property

This condo in Seagrove is in an absolutely PERFECT location - on Highway 30A, right across from the beach access, and next to "the best Tom Thumb on 30A" along with the famous Cafe Thirty A, one of the area's best restaurants. It's an easy bike ride to Seaside and many of the other great beeach towns on 30A. We renovated the unit after buying it last summer, and absolutely love the kitchen redesign in particular! We were going for bright, warm, and beachy, but not a cheesy nautical theme. And we tried to think of everything we'd ever needed as guests and trie to provide it for ours! We'd love to host you and your crew!
