Halfway between Rouen and the Alabaster Coast, a charming house with an enclosed garden and spacious rooms, located right next to the Bocasse amusement park. Welcome to the Gîte du Coin! Ideal for a stay with family or friends, you’ll appreciate the spacious rooms, the fireplace with insert in the living room, the enclosed garden with its covered patio, and its unique character that adds to the charm of the place. A big plus for kids: the Bocasse amusement park is just 450 metres away, and the Clères Zoo is 2.5 km from the cottage. You can easily reach the coast and its many tourist attractions in 40 minutes (Dieppe is the nearest beach). If you’d like to explore Rouen, nothing could be simpler—the highway will get you there in 25 minutes. Please note that this holiday rental is not all-inclusive: certain options are available at an additional cost. The rental is fully air-conditioned. Ground floor: - Comfortable living room with an XL corner sofa, smart TV, and mini Hi-Fi system, - Fully equipped kitchen with a 4-person high table (refrigerator, freezer, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, drip coffee maker, Nespresso machine…), - Laundry room with washing machine and dryer, - Bathroom with corner tub and toilet, - Dining room (access via 5 steps—see photos), - Double bedroom with two 90x190cm beds (located on the garden level -0.5, accessed via 6 steps—see photos), Upstairs: - 1 master bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, ample storage, and a closet, - 1 bedroom with 2 90x190cm beds that can be pushed together upon request, - 1 loft with a relaxation area (extra bed for a 7th person available upon request), - 1 bathroom with shower (hair dryer) - separate toilet. Outdoors: covered patio with patio furniture, lounge chairs, barbecue, and a swing set. Baby gear: stair gate, cot, and high chair.
