Comfortable Condo - Waterfront with Gulf Access; Pool; Views

NEW! Great first floor 2 bedroom/2 bath condo in an exclusive area with gulf access location; beautiful views; pool access and all amenities. Only one of 6 units makes this a prime location for quiet relaxing while enjoying the views and location.
This condo, which we call "Mary's Place" is a great choice to enjoy the southern exposure views and great location for boating activity as well as other fun amenities in the area.
Condo is ground floor with updated kitchen, comfortable furnishings, screened in porch to enjoy the view and easy access to the pool and spa deck. The master bedroom has a king bed and entrance out to the porch area. The second bedroom has a queen size bed.
Enjoy the pool area with lounge chairs, outside eating and BBQ grill. Take a dip in the pool, relax in the hot tub area or sit at the tiki hut eating while you watch the boats come and go.
NOTE: BOAT SLIPS ARE CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE. [Boat slips available on first come, first serve (there is one for each unit). 48 hr. docking with Board approval for longer boat stays.]

Great location, clean condo and tidy, would return!

This is an ideal area to stay! Nice location, quiet and ample room! Great communication with the agency. Nice pool and jacuzzi, very clean!! It was the PERFECT temp. for the winter months! Everything was great from check in to check out! Defiantly would recommend!

Very nice!

Very clean and updated condo, comfortable and well maintained. Just step out the back lanai into the pool and hot tub area, and quick access to lower deck on the canal where you can enjoy the morning sun. We had an excellent overall experience at Mary’s place! Rob and Marion

Exclusive Condo complex - only 6 units! Excellent location with direct Gulf access; boat slip available; fantastic water views; Fun Water activities & Great restaurants close by; Southern Exposure!

Closest beach is Sanibel which is 30 mins without traffic. Captiva is 45 mins away …and worth the drive but can sometimes be a little longer drive with traffic in high season. Both Sanibel and Captiva are beautifully decorated at the holidays.

Fort Myers beach is also about the same in terms of travel. Ft Myers beach is a more active beach place to go with day and night life and can get crowded. The more peaceful ones are Sanibel & Captiva.
