Located 12 km from Rouen’s historic centre, this holiday rental is nestled in the heart of the woods and offers breathtaking views. This former caretaker’s house, situated on the edge of the Roumare Forest, provides a magnificent view of the Seine. You’ll reach the cottage via a steep path. You’ll enjoy a pleasant, well-oriented terrace with no neighbors in sight, overlooking a large, private, unfenced garden located within the grounds of the owners’ home. Ground floor: - living/dining room with wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV/DVD player, - fully equipped kitchen (microwave, induction cooktop, range hood, oven, dishwasher), - half-bath, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 cm) with its own shower room (walk-in shower). Upstairs: - 1 large bedroom (3 single beds, 90x200 cm) with TV, - shower room with toilet. Please note that this holiday rental is not all-inclusive: certain options are available at an additional cost.
