House Rules and Policies

- Primary renter must be above the age of 25 years
- Maximum capacity – 8 persons including children
- Signed renter’s agreement required immediately after booking
- Security deposit hold on credit card requested at booking
- QR Code for entry at the security gate and to the resort club will be sent prior to check in
- No parties or events
- No smoking or illegal drug use
- Quiet hours are 11 pm to 7 am
- No more than one dog with pet fee
- Pets must be listed in booking
- Details of all the guests, pets and vehicles required
- Valid ID to be provided for verification as requested
- No fireworks
- No spray tanning, henna, hair dyes, or glitter
- No pets on beds and couches
- There is a charge of $25 per hour for an early check in and/or a late check out and allowed only when there are no other check ins or check outs on that day
- No illegal internet downloads or commercial filming
- Two cars can be parked on the driveway
- Supplies provided are as a starter pack and the guest is responsible for getting their own additional supplies if required
- For your safety, security cameras installed on the outside of the house

Hot tub Rules
- Maximum of 6 persons in the hot tub
- No food or drink in the hot tub
- No glassware around the hot tub
- No infants (under 1 year), pregnant women, or people under the influences of alcohol, drugs or medications allowed in the hot tub
- Children (2-16 years) must be accompanied by an adult in the hot tub
- Use only the pool towels and not the white bath towels for hot tub use
- No body lotions or tanning creams allowed. Shower prior to getting into the hot tub.
