Wonderful, safe, charming apartment

What a great stay. Photos are very accurate to the space, probably even better in person! Very special place and great price for location, especially during tourist season! Neighborhood was very friendly and safe, walking distance to many beautiful sights, amazing restaurants and shopping too.

This review is about the host. The property was acceptable. Our ages are a 84 & 78. Several message request for check-in instructions were unanswered. We received the address on arrival at the airport. We had to make an international call to get the apt. # and the key which was at a restaurant across the street. STRESSFUL. After returning from a river cruise dinner at approx.11:30 PM, the magnetic entry system for the exterior door did not work, denying entry to the apt. VERY STRESSFUL. After another int’l 15 min. call, host reluctantly agreed to find & pay for a hotel room. At around 1:30 AM we were at the hotel. We were told someone would meet us at 9 the next morning to gain entry to the apt. The next day we had a 12 hour tour booked for Giverney/ Monet & Versailles at a cost of 404 which was not possible for us to make due to the 8 AM departure . We requested reimbursement for this expense plus a 16 Euro tax on the room that was not paid. Host refused this reimbursement request. Thus this bad review.

A great spot, exactly as pictured. David was a perfect host. And the location was wonderful.I was there for 13 nights and would come back again. It was great.

Great apartment and location

We had a fantastic trip to Paris and found our accommodations perfect. The location was excellent – within walking distance of the Louvre, the Musée d’Orsay, the Champs-Élysées, and wonderful boutiques, restaurants, and cafés in Saint-Germain. The apartment was clean, quiet, well-furnished, and very comfortable. Highly recommended!
